I agree with the other guests of this hotel. 3 points only for proximity to the airport. This is the only advantage. Between transit flights, especially at night, this is the best option. Just spend the night and move on. There are rooms without in-room amenities. Or only with a toilet without a shower. Moreover, you can book a room only at the reception, as I understand it. You can't do this online. I'm not even going to say anything about the numbers. You just have to understand that this is a place where there is a bed and doors in the room. It's more comfortable than sitting in an airport lounge.

I booked a room at the Aksunkar hotel for half a day in October 2024, I had a transfer through Almaty. Of the advantages: 3 minutes from the airport on foot, friendly administrators, the ability to pay for half a day, the availability of Wi-Fi, the junior suite included everything I needed, scrambled eggs, a pie and tea in the cafe in the morning, also quite decent. Among the disadvantages: the old building of the hotel itself, very high audibility, opening / closing the doors of visitors, sounds, as well as the hum of airplanes. Bottom line: it just suited me to spend the night here.

If you need to wait for the next flight with a bunch of suitcases, then you can use this hotel, which we did. A hostel-type hotel (toilet and shower for economy rooms are shared)., the rooms have two beds and a washbasin. You can have a delicious meal in the dining room. Thanks to the staff for keeping it clean. Although everything is not expensive and rich, it is perfectly clean. The big disadvantage is that there are no air conditioners. We got into the heat of 36 degrees and thought we would die in the rooms with the balcony doors open. The heat, the stuffiness is unbearable. I understand that if air conditioners are installed, then the cost will be different. We were saved only by the fact that there was a fan in our room, and we gave it to the children in the room. And another minus is that it's noisy, but there's no getting away from it (planes are constantly taking off). In any case, this hotel has become a salvation for us with a lot of luggage. Thanks to the staff for the cleanliness!

the hotel is originally from the USSR, there are not enough stars from the sky, but the rooms are clean, the furniture is relatively new, the economy has a sink to wash your hands or brush your teeth, the standard toilet in the room. each room has a toothbrush and soap set and disposable slippers. a big plus is the blackout curtains, so you can sleep during the day after the flight. the sound insulation is not very good, but it depends on the location of the room. next to the reception there is a counter with pastries and ready meals, delicious and reasonable prices. a good option is to stop after the flight or while waiting for departure.

3 stars only for the proximity to the airport. Everything else is sad. The doors to the rooms are cardboard, there is no hot water, the windows do not close from the word at all. Noise from airplanes is expected, but with windows open, reality has exceeded expectations by several tens of decibels. Everything is purple for the staff, the cribs from the last millennium (as well as all the furniture), but there are long corridors along which children can (and I understand that they even need to) run, scream and make noise (the windows don't close anyway, what difference does it make where the noise comes from, from the street or from the corridor)

The economy rooms have a shared shower and toilet, but the room has a sink. There is a cooler with water at the reception, you can have a budget breakfast, room prices are very inexpensive.

A lifesaver for transit passengers. Quite a convenient booking in whatsapp from Russia, I made almost a month before my arrival. I didn't take into account the deadlines and there were no numbers. 2 minutes walk from the main entrance to the airport. Without quibbling about the class of the hotel, I will note the advantages: normal beds, clean towels, hygiene items, serviceable plumbing in the bathroom. In the common area you can have lunch, there is a mini-shop with snacks and drinks, a cooler with hot water, a small play area for children (slides / swings, soft mats). The junior suite was rented for several hours between flights. The bed linen was NOT changed for us personally: it did not smell fresh, or it was poorly washed. An adequate responsive administrator.

In many cities, I have been to airport hotels inherited from the USSR, but in this case, the "legacy" could not be given a mind. The actual location of the active part is only on the 4th floor. Well, it's not critical. We got the key, and finding a room on the floor is already a quest. The fact is that they are not arranged in order, not according to the rules, for example, even-on the right, odd-on the left, but as if someone had scattered the peas. That is, your 405 can be between 427 and 438. The lock in the door is broken, but it is holding on to a splinter with the last of its strength. Understanding the level, they didn't even present anything. The room is even more beautiful! The bed is broken, no wonder, because at the base, under the mattress, there is a thin plywood, which, in turn, relying on a board simply placed in the middle, broke into pieces. The mattress falls into the formed pits. A separate song is a bathroom! The shower hose is gushing along its entire length, the taps, as usual, are mixed up. The buffet on the floor is also in the style of the whole hotel. Not only does the saleswoman, who is "dumb" and despises all customers, immediately invent prices in front of you, she defiantly crumpled and threw away the check, so I managed to understand how two teas in broken glasses and two yesterday's pies could cost 6 thousand. I repeat, the hotel is at the international airport terminal! Is it possible to attract customers with this level of service? I don't recommend stopping here.

For a short overnight stay between flights and no more. They gave me a room, begged for the keys, then moved me to another one, but without a refrigerator and the TV didn't work, the air conditioner was turned off and there was no remote control. Breakfast was later than scheduled, because there were no eggs, napkins, sugar and fork spoons were begged, the tables were not cleaned in a timely manner, the staff either sits in the guest seats or lies on the sofas during working hours. It feels like this is a flophouse for transit travelers, zero comfort, a messy place, no respect for the guests.

My room is located close to the reception, but there is no Wi-Fi in the room. I thought I'd lie in bed, rest and work at the same time, but it didn't work out. I had to sit at the reception. 2. As a rule, hotels always have an alarm clock service. I asked the receptionist to wake me up at 04:30 a.m. so I wouldn't oversleep on the flight. The answer killed: I can't promise, because we're taking over for the day, and we sleep at night too. 3. It's +3 outside, cold, windy. They give me the room key, I open the door, and it's sooooo cold. The door to the balcony was ajar.

There are also no problems with booking, everything is clear and on time, 2 hours after the indicated time, the reservation is saved. One more thing I wanted to add. The last time, and it was January, we forgot the housekeeper with the documents in the room. We left and didn't even think about it until 3 months later the receptionist called us and asked if it was our housekeeper. It was only then that we realized. I want to say a huge thank you to the hotel administration for this. They didn't even charge us a reward, although I offered. So I highly recommend it.

I booked through Whatsapp. We arrived at 2.30am, but the room was occupied, we waited until 4.00 am-until they were released. Breakfast for two is included in the accommodation (breakfast is so that you do not starve to death). The room itself is two-room with a double bed. I got a room with a fresh renovation, it even smelled like it in the room. Excellent bed with mattress, clean linen, shower, hair dryer. What else do you need?! By the way, I booked a junior suite, and a hairdryer is only available in the suite. I was either lucky or the hair dryers appeared in the junior suite, but the key also said lux. I also had breakfast, of course it's enough for a little girl, but I don't think so for a man, I was generally satisfied. They fed me, put me to bed, and I got to the airport in a minute. But I also want to leave a comment for those who do not sleep well, the place is not for you. I'm the kind of person who sleeps if he wants to sleep. I slept on the plane for 8 hours, came to the room and slept there for 7 hours and barely got up. At the same time, the hotel rooms overlook the parking lot on one side, where cars are constantly arriving, my room faced the runway, where you can hear every plane buzzing and taking off. But as I said above, if I want to sleep, I sleep. So when I fell asleep, I didn't hear any planes, I even slept for an hour 😂 P.a. Payment in dollars is not accepted. Therefore, when leaving the airport, do not forget to look at the exchanger. I didn't look in, I just didn't know that they wouldn't accept dollars. As a result, they didn't have full change, but I was so tired and I was too lazy to drag my suitcases back to the airport and change them, so I paid a little more.

The biggest plus is the location literally a step away from the airport, my flight was postponed several times and instead of aimlessly sitting at the airport, I had a quiet rest. The room has a snow-white bed, provided towels, bathrobe, slippers. The floors were not cleaned flawlessly, but I hope it's just force majeure due to the renovation. The pricing policy is quite acceptable, for example, you can pay for half a day. It is very convenient for transit travelers.
