Booking was not really nice as my partner wanted to make me surprised and he suffered from not reaching them and not helpful manner but inside and excursion was great. I did have birthday but it was not acknowledged at all what is proving the service is not great.

The coffee with gold is the most delicious I've ever tasted.Come closer to sunset and you won't regret it.The views and the interior in the rays of the setting sun are a masterpiece.

The tour will be interesting for those who want to personally see this legendary hotel from the inside. The tour starts in a building next to the Jumeirah Hotel. After presenting the ticket, a badge on a string is issued, which must be worn during the tour. You can also pay an additional fee there in advance.napiki and coffee with golden powder. We didn 't order . Then they are taken by car to the hotel itself. They are brought not at the front entrance, but to a separate entrance for excursions. They immediately pour rose water on their hands, give cold wet towels. A delicious drink is also served. The tour is in English, but everything is clear enough. Then they lead to the hall (where you can't take pictures). Then take the elevator with a transparent wall to the floor, where they first lead to the museum room, and then to the most luxurious room. You can take pictures there and there.
