We had a rest from September 15 to September 24, 2025. Great location, the rooms are small but cozy, everything you need is available: a balcony, a refrigerator, a kettle, a TV, a bathroom, a shower with hot water around the clock. The location is very good: near the sea, market, shops, park! We ate in a cafe on the ground floor. Everything is very tasty and beautifully served. Caucasian cuisine is Abkhazia! We were very satisfied with everything, many THANKS to Inga, the hostess, this is her merit. If we find ourselves in Gudauta, we would love to stay in this place.

Guest house "Apra". We stayed at this institution for 11 days in September 2025. Upon arrival, the hostess immediately asked, are you cheating on Pegasus? And then it all started. There were four of us, we were settled on two different floors, the second and the third. There was no balcony on the third floor, and there was no ashtray, although we were smokers and had warned about this. The room has never been cleaned or the towel changed during the entire stay. There was no gel, shampoo, or super economy class toilet paper in the room. There is a sign in the room with a schedule, a fine and eviction for any violation. Outside the window, five dogs bark every night until 3:00 a.m.I'll tell you about breakfast, for 11 days, porridge almost every day, several times there were sandwiches with a very thin piece of sausage and 1/8 of a lettuce leaf, on the third day a fly got caught in the porridge!!! They also gave one cracker or one gingerbread. the most delicious thing there was fried eggs and a sausage. They also served an omelet and a casserole a couple of times. I've never had fruit, vegetables, greens, or dessert in all this time! There is an apra cafe at the guest house, there is no barbecue because there is no barbecue, So all dishes are either baked or boiled in a pan. There's also a sign on the bar that says we can call a taxi through the receptionist, but we couldn't do that because she didn't have any money on her phone.After 9:00 p.m., the lights in the cafe turn off and it's completely quiet, like in a nursing home. The day before departure, the hostess promised to tell us what time the transfer to the airport would be, but we had to find out ourselves through the administrator. They asked to talk to the hostess several times, to which they were refused and told that she was busy. Although she was quite polite to the other guests and asked them to leave a positive review. So no Apra-type guest houses If you don't want to go to this nursing home with a strict head doctor and silent staff!

We had a rest with a friend from 19.09 to 02.10. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff. Nice guest house. Clean, cozy, everything you need in the room, issues are resolved as they arrive very quickly and easily. Very convenient location in the city center. Near a beautiful beach, cafes, market, house of culture, Park, bus stop. Opposite there is a tour desk, from where they came to take us on an excursion right for breakfast)) The guest house has a cafe where they cook very tasty, homemade. Hostess Inga prepares fantastic tiramisu and coffee! Very friendly attitude of the staff. For the first time I was in Abkhazia and in love! In Gudauta, a quiet family vacation, without the fuss and abundance of tourists. At the same time, it is convenient to get to all the sights. I want to come back again.

The rooms are clean, we got a 2-room one, as we were with 2 children. The house has a cafe with wonderful cuisine for every taste. Breakfast is included in the room rate. I had a rest from 05/24 to 30.05. Apra is the place where I will definitely return. Lovely guest house, cozy and clean rooms. Very convenient location. The sea is just around the corner. Near the market, cafes, canteens, pharmacy and shops. Breakfast was also included. They are very tasty, hearty and different every day. The hostess of the guest house, Inga, is a wonderful woman. She is very hospitable, attentive, and caring, like a mother. There is a tour desk across the street, I also want to say a huge thank you to them. All the excursions are just great. We had a vacation with my husband from August 30th to September 7th, 2022. The guest house is just a fairy tale. The staff of this institution is very friendly, the hostess always takes care like a mother. The food in the cafe is very tasty. Try the barbecue The sea is relatively close by, there are many shops and there is also a market, too, not far away. We had a rest from 10.08 to 08.20.22. We are very satisfied with the rest. Polite staff, nice and clean rooms. It's not far from the sea. The guest house is located in the center of Gudauta, within walking distance of the central market, grocery stores and pharmacies. Nearby there are several shops of travel agencies offering various excursions. The hostess of the guest house is just a miracle. Our plane was late and they brought us in at night. The hostess greeted us cordially, immediately took us to the room. The guest house is cozy at home, for which many thanks to the hostess and all the staff. The breakfasts are delicious at home. There are different porridges every day. A sandwich with sausage or cheese (regular or sausage), cookies / gingerbread / waffles, even eggs were served with porridge. Bread is also served every breakfast. Be sure to put a teapot with tea on each table. Breakfast is served at the on-site cafe. The cafe offers lunch and dinner for an additional fee according to the menu. The menu is very diverse. They cook very tasty. The portions are decent. The waitresses are friendly, they will be happy to provide information regarding the menu. We had lunch/dinner at the cafe every day. They never left the table hungry. Everything was very tasty. Mom is delighted with the lamb kebab. As lovers of a quiet family holiday, we were 100% satisfied. We wish prosperity to the Apra guest house and more grateful reviews

I was a guest at this hotel. Relatives were vacationing there. Very small rooms, only the bed fits and there is a space of half a meter near the bed. The breakfasts are very strange, if you want to take a dry one, they give you a thick piece of old bread with mayonnaise and a very thin layer of the cheapest sausage. The rooms, which are located on 2,3 floors, are dry, normal, but the first floor is completely damp, the smell of dampness is always prescribed for them, clothes and things and the body reacts accordingly to dampness😥 A local resident, abhaz, came to a friend in the afternoon, even in the morning, brought suitcases, she was accused almost of prostitution, scolded, she also asked to change the room, move from a damp one (really damp, clothes did not dry, the room smelled of mold) to another, to a high floor, they refused. In general, they reacted with refusal to any request-a glass in the room, for example, they waited for several days, at first it was impossible, then they sat down because of the child. The hostess is a very unfriendly woman! I do not recommend this hotel! By the way, my friend then completely moved to another hotel, almost fell ill from the dampness, the money was not returned! So that's it!
