This is the head office, but Alfa-Bank has A-Private division at 22 Filimonov Street, which is positioned as a private club with unique VIP customer service. In fact, the service is really unique because I have never seen a more careless attitude towards customers. So, in three days we arrange a meeting by which time I order the issuance of certain cards linked to a specific currency and the registration of an insurance policy. I arrive strictly at the appointed time - there is no parking, I introduce myself at the entrance and immediately ask a ridiculous question: do you have an appointment? I see they didn't wait, they asked me to find out for a couple of minutes and offered to wait in the meeting room - the room looks more like a staff briefing room. After 13 minutes of waiting, they offer to drink a cup of coffee. Another 5 minutes and finally the manager hands me the cards. But in fact, the cards don't match my order. The explanation is simply killer - literally, the bank knows better which cards are more profitable to use in which currency. Since I have to leave the flight tomorrow as it is. Insurance has not been issued - not all documents have been collected. Total: late arrival, improper execution of the client's order, and failure to complete the request within the prescribed time. That's a lot for one time. As it turned out, unfortunately, this is a common practice. Managers may simply not answer phone calls or call back missed ones. There is also a dedicated line chatbot, which is also useless. If a problem occurs, they write: We have contacted your manager. There is a dead end, respectively, but the next day they may really ask if yesterday's problem has been solved. One star is basically an overestimate, because at least I had two managers, and both of them, in my opinion, are complete zeros. It seems to me that the usual departments still work much better, most likely because there are professionals there.

Even a few are a pity. The worst bank for legal entities. In terms of checkout services, it's the worst. They take more than a month to complete, and the documents are reviewed for "back off." At the same time, there is always an answer, well, you know... No, we don't understand why we should be idle and lose income... Who will reimburse the losses???
