The hotel is terrible. Starting from the quality of repairs in the room and ending with the beach. The room is dirty and everything falls off. At breakfast, you need to wait for drinks and food for a very long time. To get to the beach you need to go through three security points)) there are towels with holes on the beach. Always in a 5 star hotel for that kind of money (!!!) you are escorted to the sunbeds, towels are laid, here they just give you these towels with a stone face and go wherever you want. Cleaning is weak. For some reason, the bathrobes were taken from the room, then, at the request, they were carried for 5 hours!! The wrapper is so beautiful, and everything inside is dirty and broken. The staff is not coping. Before you go to the beach, all the bags are packed so that you don't even carry water, God forbid. Water is paid on the beach. You press the button to call the waiter - half an hour goes to you!!!The feeling that a lot of reviews are written by the staff themselves) When you pay 170 thousand for 4 nights in a hotel, of course you expect a MUCH bigger and better attitude. We have been to many hotels in Dubai. It's never been worse 🤦🏻♀️
