We found this restaurant based on reviews. We went to a traditional Turkish breakfast, decided that the hotel was not so Turkish, and in vain! The hotel is the same and even better. One of the advantages is the view!!! Great view!!! That's all, the advantages are probably over. It's expensive, it's not tasty, it's the same and it's not enough. 🧼 Purity – 9/10 The hall, the terrace and the serving are in perfect order. The tables are clean, the dishes are spotless, the bathroom is well maintained. It is clear that hygiene is carefully monitored. 🧑‍🍳 Maintenance – 8/10 The staff is friendly and professional. They know the menu and give reasonable recommendations. The only thing is that we could have reacted a little faster at the beginning of dinner (water, bread), but overall everything is at a good level. , Kitchen - 8/10 Appetizers are excellent, especially eggplant dishes and cheeses. The main ones are delicious, especially the lamb. Desserts are weaker than the rest of the menu: decent, but not memorable. 🎼 Atmosphere – 9/10 A very pleasant room with a good view of the city. The music is unobtrusive and the seat is comfortable. Perfect for a two-person evening or a business dinner. The view from the terrace is especially good at sunset. ✅ Result: Olive Anatolian is a reliable choice in Istanbul. Modern Turkish cuisine, courteous staff and a beautiful atmosphere. There are minor rough edges, but overall it's a solid 8 out of 10. They would come back again.

Delicious, somewhat Europeanized (but this, from my point of view, is a plus), clean. From the terrace you can see Hagia Sophia on one side and the Golden Horn Bay on the other. There may be one disadvantage: it's expensive! But in Istanbul, everything is expensive now. Lucky for those who live at the Yashmak Sultan Hotel (breakfast is included in the price and it's wonderful! There are Russian speakers among the staff.

Located on the roof of the Yasmak Sultan Hotel, Olive combines the panorama of the Golden Horn Bay with an innovative presentation of Anatolian classics. The day here begins with a sumptuous buffet breakfast, and the evenings with a tasting set from the chef: manti with yogurt mousse, lamb takhtin in pomegranate sauce and hazelnut kataifi rolled into a miniature "roll". A special pride is the wine list with rare Anatolian varieties "narinche" and "kalyarash". Warm lighting, soft leather armchairs and panoramic windows create the feeling of a gourmet club floating above the historical center.

a very pleasant place, a normal view, delicious food (we recommend shakshuka, she's a fire!!!!!!!) Timurka's waiter is the best!! we will definitely come back. P.S. we were in the dr, asked for a strawberry cake and they brought us an AWESOME DELICATE CAKE!!! 100/10

The food is very tasty, the prices are ordinary Moscow or slightly above average St. Petersburg. The service is excellent. The view of the sea and the city from the roof is cool, if you're lucky with a table. You can just see the roofs on half of the tables, but we were lucky. I can't figure out where the good reviews come from, they look like an order. The restaurant is just the bottom. You can safely come there only for a buffet breakfast. View- a piece of the Bosphorus can really be seen through the roofs. The prices are high, even for a tourist area. The quality of the dishes is just the bottom. The meat was cooked in advance, it was just poorly fried and served. The chicken is simply filled with sauces to score the taste. The staff is really polite.
