04/22/26 this is not the first time I have visited this store, but for the first time I am outraged by the lack of ethics in the attitude of the sales consultant to the buyer!!!In the process of paying for the purchase and communicating with the seller about the product I was interested in, a man (possibly an acquaintance of the seller) came into the store and unceremoniously slipped her a phone with a photo of the product he needed.The seller left me at the checkout and went to look for the goods, and then to count on this,,friend,,.My indignation at the situation (considering that there was no queue, I was the only one of the buyers)That, comrade, that the seller did not have an ounce of embarrassment, nor an apology for the delay!!It can be seen that nowadays men need to be more beautiful and, of course, ARROGANCE is a worthy quality in a person!!

Belita's company store is a must-visit every time you visit the Republic of Belarus. and I was always lucky with the attentive and nice staff. but not this time. The girl was minding her own business and didn't pay any attention to us. because of this, we spent more time and bought less than we could with proper consultation. I love making these girly purchases and I want them to be a joy for everyone) I'm sure the seller is a good person, but she didn't have enough experience to make our rather big purchase enjoyable
