There's an absolutely inexperienced girl who couldn't extend her apartment insurance. She told me that her system was crashing and that I had to come back tomorrow. I went along with it, and in the end, when I arrived the next day, she returned the documents to me, saying it would take a very long time and she didn't do anything! Although, in fact, she had half a day to do it. Besides the fact that I didn't get a result, I spent a lot of gasoline driving two times from the other side of the city to here, I got a lot of negative emotions. As a result, they did the same job for me in 15 minutes in another place!
