We went to SOBES, they said to go to Tchaikovsky - Tole bi, or back to the bank to reissue the card. WHAT KIND OF MOCKERY IS THIS?????????? If you don't ask the manager, he looks at you with dull eyes and can't find the answer. WHEN WILL YOU BE WORKING PROPERLY??????????
