We rented this villa turnkey in June 2023. The place is beautiful, freshly renovated everywhere. The antiques are very carefully inscribed into the interior. Wide balconies, a terrace, a huge table in the courtyard. A cool beach, equipped, very modern, many establishments nearby, we would like, of course, to have a separate kitchen, sometimes we want to cook ourselves and sit down with the company at the table, but the delivery service and the food from the cafe compensates for everything. A taxi in the city costs 200 - 250 rubles, you can get anywhere. It's generally quiet and you can't hear the road. I definitely recommend this villa.

There is a broken window in the room itself, a Family suite, but the bed is not double, but just two beds can be moved, the children had one normal bed and one cot. The toilet bowl was wobbling in the toilet (a very small bathroom). And in the shower, the faucet is wrapped with duct tape and it still flows. It is stated 50 meters to the sea, but this is not the case at all. There are all 150-200 m to the sea, the photos do not correspond to reality In general, it does not cost 10600 per night 😏

Rooms are rarely cleaned A hotel for 1 out of 5, but not the worst option available in the area. The carpet on the floor is riddled with cigarette butts, the WiFi router hangs from the curtains on a wire, the wooden windows have old latches, probably still Soviet - not everything closes well. The bathtub is painted with paint that flies off.There are no hooks in the bathroom. There are not all light bulbs, the light is dim. The photo does not correspond to reality more than 50 percent. The ratio: Price -quality is broken.!
