As a result, we wanted to take three snowboards, but when we had already chosen the necessary equipment, they refused us because there was only one passport for three of them, and they refused to take other documents. They did not even agree to the option that we would go to an ATM, withdraw money from the card and leave the cost of the snowboard as collateral, arguing that they have a lot of people today, and they will rent snowboards to someone without us. That is, the main thing for them is that they will hand over to someone, it doesn't matter to whom, but they don't care about customers who have lost a lot of time because of them. There were no announcements that you can take only one set for one passport anywhere, and no one warned about it. I had to go to another rental, where they agreed to issue three snowboards for one document without any problems, but due to the fact that they lost a lot of time, there were no boards there anymore. As a result, because of one nervous salesman, the day was ruined. I do not recommend this rental to anyone.
