Quietly, calmly. We lived in a separate house for two families. Budget conditions: it is pointless to expect VIP conditions for 2,500 thousand / day. The problems with the air conditioner and the shower head were eliminated in the first days of arrival. Shower without sides and curtains. There is a TV, but it shows one local channel. The Internet takes better on the street than indoors, intermittently and slows down, the number of people willing affects. The veranda of the house has its own kitchenette, a small refrigerator, and clotheslines are stretched. The conditions are quite tolerable for this cost.

Good morning. We rested at Asta's from 12.07 to 21.07 with the whole family. A very small vacation. But, during this time, they got so used to their cozy room, summer kitchen, and kind neighbors. The atmosphere is pleasant on the territory - greenery, flowers. Thank you very much to administrator Lyudmila for solving all our problems and questions. I didn't want to leave at all. We will definitely come back to visit you again. Sorry about the pot. I will return it to a new one.

September 2024. 2 stars only for condey! The room is so small, it's just terrible, we can't turn around, the beds are broken, creak, fell through every day, we repaired them ourselves, the mattresses are old, thin, we drove into a dirty room, dried pasta on the floor, the beds were already made, the bed with ketchup stains, they immediately asked to replace, TV 1 local channel, Wi-Fi there is no room in the room, only on the street, there are interruptions with water. Shared kitchen, stove, refrigerator, washing machine the door does not always close. There is no sound insulation, you can hear everything!!!! It is far from the sea, there is a shop nearby. Even if you need a very budget, it can be better. It's very sad.

We rested on 20.09-30.09.2024, We did not look at the year of the opening of this guest house, but in vain.The separate house is still normal, the furniture is intact, clean, minus the mattresses.The rooms are worse, only the bedside table is new.There was no mosquito net on the window.There were single mattresses on the one-and-a-half beds.On one bed, instead of slats, there was a board under the mattress, not in size, the husband failed.The bed is "glass", it is impossible to sleep.One of the advantages is the bathroom and the bathroom in the room, but the toilet seat and the leaky shower hose were broken.The WiFi is weak.

We rested there in the summer. The living conditions are very bad. There is no sound insulation in the rooms at all, everything is audible. The beds are falling through, the springs are sticking out of the mattresses. You will wake up in the morning to the sounds of sheep bleating or rooster crowing. There is a barbecue area, but there are not enough tables for all. There are periodic problems with water supply and electricity. It's a long way to the sea in the heat. There is no normal curtain on the window, I had to additionally cover it with a sheet. I give 2 stars only for the fact that there was an air conditioner and my own toilet with a shower.

Booked in February for 16 days in July. We made an advance payment immediately. And in a month, the owners returned the deposit. In short, they dumped us a month before the vacation. They explained that the rooms were out of order, and they would not have time to repair them in a month. All lies and lies. What could have broken so as not to have time to do it. We just rented the rooms to someone at a higher price. I had to look for housing in a hurry and for such a long time it is very difficult to find it in a month. We found it, but it turned out to be 15 thousand more expensive. Be careful!!!

Decent houses, we liked them. There is everything you need. To the sea 15 min. But it is better to rent a house with one family, because one veranda is clearly not enough for 2 families. If you are lovers of cows, tortillas, then this is the place for you. You can break your legs on the way. The lights are often turned off (2 times a week). Accordingly, neither drink tea, nor cook anything. Food prices are expensive.

We wanted to stay in this guest house in September 2022. We moved to another place on the first day. Very far from the sea! The road is not a park in any way, but a busy highway. One walk with the children was enough. Photos of the rooms from a good angle and long-standing. Everything is old and battered. The rooms are tiny. On the ground floor there is an entrance to the room and immediately a bed. Shoes should probably be put on a pillow. The shower is a hole in the floor and that's it. To wash, you need to take everything out of the bathroom, because there is water everywhere. There is simply no pallet and curtain! I definitely do not recommend it!
