Apparently, this is what your sellers are doing - waiting "until it matures". It was also interesting to hear that you "don't do it that way", as if I came to a temple or synagogue. The seller did not offer any options, at least just as part of the sales technique. In general, a very strange unprofessionalism, acceptable for a vegetable store in the USSR, but causing confusion in a premium segment store
