I specifically searched for it on the city map when I arrived in Minsk. I found out about it from some blogger. Very sweet and insanely delicious ice cream! Definitely worth a try.

It's very sweet. No, it's not like that. it is very. very... Very!!! Sweet :) If you have never eaten a jar of condensed milk in frozen form, you can try it in the center of Minsk. The ice cream stand is located at the entrance to the cafe-shop of the Kommunarka factory, they sell for a weight of 3.60 BYN per 100 grams. We couldn't handle a 150-gram serving together, 80-90 was more than enough.
