We spent 4 days. Positive: +excellent breakfast with a beautiful view! +quiet rooms, nice smell, there is an elevator. +there is a kettle and a hairdryer in the room, a comfortable double bed, and the renovation is pleasant. +comfortable location, quiet street, close to the train station. Minuses: - we were given only two towels for two people (small ones for legs and hands), every time after cleaning we had to call and ask for 2 more towels. - uncommunicative staff. They only give you a Wi-Fi password if you ask for it. They didn't say where the breakfast was, or what time to check out. You need to ask everything yourself. - very bad wifi. I had to switch between floors, see where it catches better. I caught it periodically. Bottom line: the place is pleasant. We would have considered it again next time, but perhaps we would have chosen something else.

When he left in the afternoon, he asked to be replaced by a workman, as a result, when he came in the evening, he found that nothing had been changed. The second time, they changed it from the next room. The location is not in a very safe place. Advice to those who want to book this hotel, do not do this, spoil your vacation once again

The hotel is not far from the metro and you can see the sea from the room, so the advantages are over. Although it's still a good place for breakfast, with a view of the sea and seagulls. The rooms are tired, it will do for one night, but I do not recommend it for a longer period.

Near the bus stop from the airport / metro / ferry - within 7-10 minutes; 15 minutes to the shopping center and Marmaray. Quiet street, there is a Parking place for cars; Cool view from the restaurant; Very helpful staff. The rooms are small, but there is a wardrobe, a safe, a kettle, cups (water and tea are not replenished!); there is a refrigerator and a minibar. There are detergents in the bathroom, towels are stored under the sink, and there is also a spare toilet paper. I have already stayed at the hotel 2 times.

A good room for its 3 stars, the air conditioner worked properly, clean, tidy in the room. A buffet breakfast with a view of the strait and hungry seagulls. The impression was slightly spoiled by a small hole in the sheet.

The hotel is three stars, but I put 2 out of 5. The rooms are old without renovation. We moved in and changed 3 rooms. In the first room, we had a kitchen right behind the wall and the cook rattled pots from 5 in the morning so that even the earplugs did not save. We were relocated, there was no WiFi, they relocated again, but it didn't really save us, because the Internet in the whole hotel is terrible, it constantly turns off, freezes, etc. Breakfast: eggs, cheese, bread, greens, olives and some sweets and something fried. There is no protein food, no porridge, no fish. We lived at the end of October 2024 at a price of 10 thousand rubles and kopecks per day. I do not recommend it in general.
