I DON'T RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. We were in August 2025 for a few nights. The rooms stink, there's one bedside table for everyone, the hair dryer wasn't working. I am silent about disposable slippers, shower gels and toothbrushes with pastes. They put the only one with a little soap. The toilet lid was broken, leaving a small space in the shower. The staff is unfriendly, looks as if we have come to their house. Don't be fooled about breakfast on the terrace, there is nothing like that. Breakfast is a different story, for several days they served the same thing. 🤦♀️ 1 egg, 2 thinly sliced cheeses, 5 olives. In a word, trash. It's better to overpay and choose another hotel.

Photos and reality are like an Aliexpress product The condition of the hotel is terrible, there is nothing close to the photo! The ceiling is crumbling, the room is sooooo small, the size of a classic bathtub (the whole room). The shower is leaking and there is water on the bathroom floor all the time. Slippers do not give out - walk either on a wet floor or in shoes. Reception is generally a separate kind of art; what's in the photo, it's like an AI made it, because in real life it looks like a hangout..... And from the outside, Mama Mia, how beautiful it looks, it's even scary to look at! There is a sign, but in fact it is not there, it is cracked and weighs only a fragment of the Banner (it turns out that without an additional magnifying glass, you will not find it). There is only one advantage - the location, everything is nearby. Spend the night and wake up and run away with your eyes closed, if only that way.

The staff at the hotel is the only advantage of this hotel: they are always friendly, smiling, super cute. We chose this hotel because of the location and the terrace. The room was sooooo small, there wasn't even enough space to open two suitcases.… The hotel is clean enough (again thanks to the staff), but everything is in a deplorable state: we had peeling doors; a torn skirting board; a broken shower stall; the table was supported by a refrigerator; the sewer system cannot handle draining water when there is only one person in the shower, endless water is under the toilet, and since space is limited that means in the whole bathroom. The breakfasts seem to be normal: ham, vegetables, nuggets, boiled eggs, a couple of salads, bread rolls, coffee, tea. Don't count on a buffet. The terrace wasn't ready yet in early May, once we just watched the sunset.

A 3-star hotel is not worth expecting much. Cosmetic repairs are needed. But the breakfast is excellent - a buffet, there is enough food to walk around Istanbul after it until 15:00 or on excursions. The administrators are friendly, all issues are resolved quickly, without negativity, they can advise or dissuade from excursions. We had to ask for water to be brought to the room, as they used to do in Russian hotels. The mattresses and pillows are comfortable, the bedding is not old. To the cafe, tram, market 5 minutes on foot. Overall, the hotel is good, worth the money.

Nice hotel. We stayed for several days, breakfast is included, all products are fresh, the room is clean. There is a TV, wi-fi, refrigerator, air conditioning, and free water. The price per room is also reasonable. All the sights are nearby, you can walk.

Oh, we visited this hotel from khoror kaest🤣🤦♀️There were holidays, they took the first one they found and inexpensive, and to put it mildly, they fucked up🤦♀️The room is tiny for three people, the toilet and bath are such a hundred, not only can you not sit on the toilet properly, there is no mirror, there are no hangers, one collapsed closet.We spent one night there from the road, and in the morning we asked for a bigger room, but they're all like that!They gave us another room, a better one, there was a mirror in the bathroom and a little more space. We stopped there.As for breakfast, they were given out on a plate: egg, cheese, olives.Instant coffee,the hotplate did not work,boiling water was brought in some kind of aluminum kettle.🤦♀️The location of the hotel is excellent!But you'd better pay up and get a better hotel.Because it's really a dump!And I felt like a bum in it.🤣🤣🤣

Good location - close to the historical center, tram stop, currency exchangers, cafes, restaurants, supermarket. The room had everything stated, but in worse condition than in the photo. The room itself is small. They clean every day, the bed and towels are clean, but there are traces of mold on the bathroom ceiling and wallpaper in places. The breakfasts are acceptable, according to the type of buffet: eggs, bread, vegetable and cheese cuts, sausage, some small sweets, tea/coffee / juices. There is a Wi-Fi connection (it works tolerably well). There is a track on the roof where you can freely go out to breathe / smoke. There are tables. The staff is polite and not intrusive. As an option, in order to stay for several nights and spend most of the time outside the hotel, it is suitable.

I stayed at this hotel from 01/16/2023 to 01/22/2023.What I want to say. The rooms have terrible dirt (Windows.Curbstones) There is a terrible smell in the room. When we were settled in room 403, cleaning was carried out there, a hotel employee washed the floor (The whole floor was in water. the cloth was not wrung out. The whole laminate, the skirting board has risen, and hence the terrible smell in the room, because the laminate is soaking wet, it is rotting. On the very first night, someone started gnawing at me. It turned out to be bed BUGS. All hands, the body was completely bitten. All swollen, arms, legs, body. The hotel staff doesn't care at all. They also had conflicts with the guests in front of me. You don't need to go there for free. The rest is ruined!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am still being treated for bedbugs.

A disgusting agency! They sent 100 thousand rubles to the hotel for 3 days and do not even know where they are sending their customers! We brought bedbugs from the hotel!!!! Just an apartment for dysenfection, the whole body is bitten by the whole family!!!! The horror!!!!! I do not recommend it!!!!!! I will never turn! The travel agency is given to send its customers to trusted hotels, not to a bedbug!!!!!
