Previously, the interior was in dark colors and it seems there were hookahs. Now it looks lighter and more modern, there are no hookahs - which is both good and bad). They took traditional Syrian dishes, including beef brains (pictured). The consistency is like tender cod liver, the taste is neutral, you need to season with lemon, etc. You can try it, but to understand the delicacy you need to eat more than once.

We happened to be in this restaurant, walking after the market. Maybe this restaurant is not bad in the area, but if you compare it with restaurants in the center like "Lavash", then this is some kind of dirty eatery. The table smelled unpleasant because it had been wiped with a musty cloth. There was a smell in the hall, as if the floor had been washed with bleach somewhere in a medical facility. I didn't like the food at all. I usually take pictures of delicious, aesthetically pleasing-looking dishes, there was nothing to photograph here. Eggplant salad is generally a rare sour dish spread on a plate. At least the price is not expensive, which reflects, in fact, the level of the institution. I don't recommend it.

It's a beautiful place. There are a lot of staff, but the service is not fast. There was more salt in the tomato juice than in the black sea, they refused to change it. The meat fried in the photo turned out to be boiled and fried on top with a burner, it did not turn out very tasty. 😁
