The price tag is quite cheerful, for example, a small cheese grater costs about $ 80. The biggest problems with the service are that it is no, indifferent, inept. Ready-made food is packed in ever-opening containers, which still need to be wrapped in stretch film, or at least packed in food bags at the checkout. But no, no one cares, as a result, a mess comes home in a common package. There are rude, ill-mannered employees at the checkout who have no idea about the service. They are slow, unfriendly, blow their noses and hand over checks with dirty hands. As a result, the supermarket does not meet expectations - the staff is not trained in at least the basics of customer service, works on the flow, as in a cheap bazaar. Purchases are not packaged, although, in the first days of opening, this was done, and now there are savings at the expense of customers. There is a complete lack of clear personnel management, and total savings on it, which in the end completely spoils the impression of a beautiful store.
