I go up to the checkout, asked the guy to check my order, at this time the blonde girl starts printing seals for documents on his hands. I understand that young people are having fun , but you probably need to look for another place to have fun , not at work . Moreover, the guy told her not to interfere, to which her argument is that she has already stamped everything (kindergarten, seals for documents, not for entertainment). As a result, they gave the order on the spot in a package, I said, I ordered on the spot, they gave me a tray. We sit down, I open it, there is a drink in the set for 14.50, a cheeseburger, potatoes, there is no drink. I'm coming up to them, girl:- You didn't take it, like from the side. It's strange to order on the one hand, a drink after a meter. Okay, I take a drink, there is no straw, to which she says to me: - It's in your bag. If I were without a child, I would even like to raise the camera, where is it in my order? But I didn't want to waste any more time on that. Therefore, one star is awarded for the quality of service.

The quality of food and service has deteriorated significantly. It concerns the points on Kamennaya gorka especially. There are a lot of bad reviews, not to mention the cold and obviously not fresh food, people got buns with mold. This is the third time I've come, and honestly, I don't even want to ask you to change the potatoes AGAIN. The organization responds to the feedback and assures that they are working on the problem, but, as expected, this is not the case. Either you pay your employees too little, that they want to close your establishment, or I don't even know what else. I would give -5 stars if it were possible.

When ordering on the spot, the order is given in a package, with the condition that there is a pile of clean trays near the employee, the cutlets are dry and burnt at the edges, they did not put anything to stir the punch, half of the package is covered with French fries in a rustic way, the French fries are covered with such a layer of salt that they just fall off your fingers after you pick it up, well, the cherry on the cake, the hair in the potato, which was only noticed at the end (presumably it was at the bottom of the package), when you approached the employee, just rolled his eyes and couldn't say anything
