On 10.01.2026, we came to the top4ik store in Pinopark to buy a professional tool, two hairdressing scissors. We bought it, despite the fact that the tool was already in the window for the amount of 373.83 rubles . We checked it on artificial material, of course, the quality could not be determined immediately. The next day, we checked at the barbershop, and there were no questions about straight scissors. But the milling machines on the first client had a snack, chewed, and shaved their hair, that is, they cut it badly. On 01/11/2026, after work, they came to the store, explained the situation, without negativity, and asked to replace the product with inadequate quality, namely thinning scissors. On 01/18/2026, the issue has been resolved, and a refund has been made.
