The second time we were on the weekend, we took a room on the 1st floor, also 4 people, but the room was smaller, the sewer stank in the toilet, it was terrible, tomorrow from 8:00, we came at 8:05 and there was no food left, and we did not put extra food.

We were traveling from India to Minsk, with a 24-hour transfer in Tashkent. We decided to go for a walk in Tashkent, found a hotel at the booking office , saw that there were available places and went there . We arrived at night, we were greeted by a VERY friendly staff, as if we had come to visit relatives. Very good location , not far from the center and from the airport , we chose it specially . Clean, cozy, warm, hot shower. There was a breakfast buffet in the morning, a great selection of breakfast food!!! We advise and recommend you to stay both for a day and for a long time!!!

This is the first time I've seen such a hotel in Uzbekistan. It feels like the only working staff there are reception staff and laundresses (because the linen is clean, there are no quibbles). The renovation was done outrageously, in a room with a shower for one person, everything is covered with mounting foam, the tiles are laid somehow crookedly (maybe the laundresses put them in their spare time). The floor is really dirty. I walked 4 steps barefoot and dragged a tuft of black hair into the shower tray. The bed was broken, the headboard was just leaning against the bed, although it was repaired with a screwdriver for 10 minutes. The carpet is stained. I don't understand why carpet is needed at all with this approach to comfort, if you don't know how to clean it. Well, lay down the linoleum and put yourself and the guests out of their misery. I booked it because of the price, it was really lower than the market. But this plus was also spoiled, About 40 percent of the cost was charged to me at the registration desk - taxes, fees, etc., as a result of which the price immediately lost its attractiveness. You could have found a better one for that price.
Among the advantages, I would like to mention the friendly staff at the reception, clean linen again, and the area is not very far from the center.

We booked through booking, at the reception they offered to cancel the reservation and pay a little less than the initial amount, which immediately alerted us.
In the room itself, the handle to the bathroom was broken, the curtains in which were mildewed, and the towels were torn.
The wallpaper was already moving away in places in the room, and the extension cord (which we did not dare to use, because we could hear a metallic ringing from rolling parts in it) it was plugged into an outlet behind the bed, which was already falling out of the wall.
A large gap between the door and the jamb, because of which the light shone at night and it was noisy from any movements of other guests.
On the positive side: The location is convenient, easy to find. Delicious breakfast (if you do not come at the very end, when there is little left).

I was in Tashkent from 4.07 to 8.07 with two children.
1. The price at the time of booking and the actual price vary significantly.
2. Immediately upon check-in at the hostel, they asked to cancel the reservation from the Booking.
3. There was no cleaning during the four days of stay.
4. There is a strange smell in the room.
5. The air conditioner does not work (it flows like you don't know what.
6. There is no connection (no Internet). It is constantly shutting down.
7. Half of the electrical outlets are not working.
8. The pool (water) leaves much to be desired. Green and scented.
9. The TV is naturally also just for furniture. It just doesn't work. Of course, not the TV, not the air conditioner was not brought into working condition.

I booked this hotel on a Booking.
The day before arrival, a hotel employee called me and said that they would not check me in, because they did not have any available rooms (I do not know if they rented the room to someone more expensive or wanted to get an additional one.income due to the cancellation penalty). No one was interested in the fact that I have a confirmed reservation.
At the same time, the employee did not try to solve the situation in any way, refused to contact the booking so that they could find a replacement. He just confronted me with the fact that I have nowhere to spend the night and now this is my problem.
It's worth thinking 100 times before booking something here.

When communicating, they indicated that a room for 400 thousand soums per night was needed, a reservation for both 350 thousand and 400 thousand was sent to the mail. We called back again and focused the attention of the staff on the fact that we needed a room for 400 thousand, since it includes a bathroom. The staff assured us that they understood everything, they would leave the room we needed, and the economy for 350 would be removed from our reservation.
We arrived in Tashkent at 11 p.m., accordingly, we hoped very much for the commitment of the booking staff. When we were about an hour away from Tashkent, their staff called us. To the question "are you waiting for us?" we received an affirmative answer. Due to the poor connection on the train, we didn't hear anything else. When we arrived at the hotel (it was already closer to half past eleven in the evening, but we had warned in advance that we would arrive at this time), the employee at the reception looked surprised and asked: "didn't they warn you that there were no rooms left for 400 thousand?" and offered us places in another branch, very far from it.
