Heh, I rarely write negative reviews. But I can't stay silent here. The number was 218. The wallpaper is coming off, the beds are loose. There's a broken toilet lid in the bathroom, the shower drain is clogged, and the water wasn't leaving well. They asked to clean it, but they didn't wait for 4 days. The towels were given in the evening, washed, stained. The bed linen is also stained. The guys at the reception are polite, they helped with the sim. Water was taken from them downstairs every day, they didn't bring it to the room. The hair dryer is broken. In general, I have never seen anything like this before. The last reviews were for 2025, but we took a chance. I hope something gets better. I don't recommend going there yet. Unfortunately, I didn't take a photo.

There was an economy room with one bed. The area is tourist-friendly, safe, quiet, and peaceful. The hotel is quiet too. The sound insulation of the doors is weak, but no one bothered. The room had a shared bathroom, but I had never seen a queue or met anyone. The room is small, but it's great to spend the night. The bed linen is clean. The view from the window was over the rooftops, but there was no time to look there. The window opens (you can ventilate) and there is air conditioning (it was very hot during the day and in the evening) There is a courtyard where you can sit outdoors in the evening. The price is one of the lowest in Tashkent and fully corresponds to the quality of the buffet breakfast included in the price (BB). I would like to note that the breakfast is very varied, European in taste and really very good. There are no delicious salads, but all the guests, and the children, too, were satisfied and full (from 8-00 to 10-00). I was completely satisfied with the accommodation

We decided to go for a walk in Tashkent, found a hotel at the booking office , saw that there were available places and went there . We arrived at night, we were greeted by a VERY friendly staff, as if we had come to visit relatives. Very good location , not far from the center and from the airport , we chose it specially . Clean, cozy, warm, hot shower. There was a breakfast buffet in the morning, a great selection of breakfast food!!! We advise and recommend you to stay both for a day and for a long time!!!

Everything is decent in the picture! Decency ends after you enter this "hotel". There is dust everywhere, dirt in places, the bed linen does not change, only according to a categorical remark. In principle, the hotel is on the verge. While we were investigating, there were similar comments from a couple of rooms about dirty bed linen, dripping faucets, etc. In short, the staff is not interested in the comfort of the guests. The only thing that can be noted is that we were not kicked out after we refused to check into the room and refused their services. And we arrived at twelve o'clock in the morning for a second and had to quickly look for another option, fortunately that there are as many hotels in Tashkent as there are hairdressers and cabbies in Chelyabinsk. We stayed here for two nights on November 15 and 16, we chose hotels based on reviews from t-bank and the price seemed attractive. Not the lowest, acceptable, they understood that it was not a luxury. But when we checked in, we thought we'd move to another hotel. There is no heating in the room (only the air conditioner heats), the sockets and hangers are falling off the wall, and the tiles are wobbling underfoot in the bathroom. Everyone says that the place is quiet, but we were unlucky, apparently we heard neighbors slamming doors during the night, and it was difficult to sleep without that, because the beds are very hard ((( There are no complaints about the staff, all the guys are polite and ready to help. The bed linen and towels in the room are clean. The breakfast is delicious and varied. That's probably all the advantages.

We liked the hotel in general, we checked into the largest 4-bed room. The air conditioner was working, not much, but it was enough for us, the bed linen was clean, everything smelled delicious, starched towels and bed linen. A big plus is that this hotel has its own swimming pool and two small Jacuzzis. It was fun for the kids to take a dip after a hot day, but unfortunately there are no stairs to comfortably climb in and out. The disadvantage was that we didn't clean the room until we asked for it, and when we asked, the floors weren't washed after 4 days of stay, despite the fact that we cleaned and made the bed ourselves. The hotel itself is not that far from all the main places in the city.

This year we stayed at the hotel with a family of 4 people. It is stated that there is a swimming pool, but out of 13 days it was closed three times for the whole day- cleaning. They wash the pool during the day, they don't really know how to clean it, and they don't know how to chlorinate it either. They do it right in the afternoon with guests. Children want to swim, but alas((( The boys who sit at the reception clean the pool, they do not have specially trained people. Accordingly, the water quality is not very good. The walls around are shabby, there is not a single sunbed. There is a table and two chairs, but this is very small for the whole hotel, children from different families come running and throw things on these poor two chairs, such a story. It is stated with breakfast, but this is generally a tin ((( Breakfast is from 8-10:00, if you come after 9:00, there is almost nothing. We are not very demanding tourists, but it was really unpleasant when there were four of us, you don't know what to feed the children. The food is available at 8:00 , it is not reported further . If you have a fight and come to a woman in the kitchen who works there alone for the whole hotel, she will give you two cold fried or boiled eggs separately, pour milk. They gave me cottage cheese, which was dry - there was no sour cream, condensed milk, or any use for it. We didn't see any cheesecakes, we got to pancakes once when we came for breakfast very early. I bought Nutella at the store, fried toast for the children and fed them. There was also always porridge - a poor assortment in general. We all have large families, and the morning of our first day at the hotel is a shock when you see empty plates on the buffet. And you don't understand how to feed your family))) The staff is not bad, responsive, they don't speak Russian - English or Uzbek. The rooms were cleaned if you asked, but the trash is not taken out if there is no cleaning, the paper is not reported. Every time we went to the reception to get garbage bags and toilet paper, the receptionist pointed us to the trash cans, saying take the trash there. The bottom line is, if you want to avoid garbage, take it out yourself. I put the trash outside the door - it doesn't work, it's been there for half a day ((( There is no cooler, bottled water has been, but not every day, we bought extra. There is only a shared refrigerator at the reception. In general, you can live if you do not escalate the situation, realizing that you did not arrive in the top five, taking into account the features described above. Have a nice vacation!

This is the first time I've seen such a hotel in Uzbekistan. It feels like the only working staff there are reception staff and laundresses (because the linen is clean, there are no quibbles). The renovation was done outrageously, in a room with a shower for one person, everything is covered with mounting foam, the tiles are laid somehow crookedly (maybe the laundresses put them in their spare time). The floor is really dirty. I walked 4 steps barefoot and dragged a tuft of black hair into the shower tray. The bed was broken, the headboard was just leaning against the bed, although it was repaired with a screwdriver for 10 minutes. The carpet is stained. I don't understand why carpet is needed at all with this approach to comfort, if you don't know how to clean it. Well, lay down the linoleum and put yourself and the guests out of their misery. I booked it because of the price, it was really lower than the market. But this plus was also spoiled, About 40 percent of the cost was charged to me at the registration desk - taxes, fees, etc., as a result of which the price immediately lost its attractiveness. You could have found a better one for that price. Among the advantages, I would like to mention the friendly staff at the reception, clean linen again, and the area is not very far from the center.
