We were from 16.09 to 24.09. Via fun~san. The transfer was from the hotel. The bus is waiting for several flights to this hotel at the airport, so if you arrived earlier, you will be waiting for other flights. The hotel itself is nice, the territory is large, clean, the rooms in the villas are not newly renovated, but in good condition. The air conditioners are good, there is a large balcony in the villas, a huge bathroom. The staff is responsive and will do anything you ask (they will open the door if you slam it, give you a bathrobe or slippers, an ashtray, milk, etc.). Wi-fi is everywhere, and it catches on the beach too. Dining room and food: the kitchen is ordinary, there is little food for children, but you can ask the cook and they will cook whatever you want. Alcoholic drinks are brought by waiters, they may not approach you for a long time or carry drinks for a long time, so do not be shy, call them yourself and order. Juices, coffee, tea can be poured by yourself. There were a lot of products: mussels, crabs- not very much, crabs are small, they don't give you a device to break your claws, and there's not much to eat in them. Alcohol is of average quality, red wine (if diluted with water, that's the best), white (sour) and pink, Beks and levenbrau beer are served in closed cans, you can fill the mini bar in the room. The workers are mostly Africans, Indians and Malaysians. The staff is very pleasant, they almost always smile and are ready to help. On 18.09 in the evening, the electricity in the hotel suddenly went out for 2-3 hours. The air conditioners and lighting were not working, the restaurant was operating with restrictions, and they were allowed in one at a time. We asked for lunch on the day of departure as compensation and were given a voucher to visit the restaurant. The room was also extended to 14 hours. And we were also checked in immediately upon arrival at 9 a.m., without any additional charges. Maybe it's because I showed the loyalty program on my phone. On the way back, we were stuck in traffic between Terminals 2 and 3 of Dubai Airport for a very long time. We almost missed our flight. General impressions: This hotel is for relaxing holidays with children, for a small amount of money. It's not suitable for young people, it's boring. I probably won't go there three times. The best thing about this hotel is the people who work there! p.s. there are shops near the beach where you can buy swimming trunks/ swimsuits, as well as all sorts of junk like souvenirs, etc. There you can also buy lighters/cigarettes at the souvenir shop. For the whole number 1 socket with our connector!!! The cards in the elevator are constantly buggy (for everyone). There is a public beach nearby that is not equipped yet, in the process of construction, but it's better to go to a 5-star hotel for the whole day and take a steam bath until 5 pm. On February 10, 2025, I signed a contract (partially attached) for the provision of Fun&Sun travel services - a trip to the UAE with a beach holiday at the hotel (DoubleTree by Hilton Rad Al Khaimah) from 03/10/2025 to 03/20/2025. On February 21, the tour operator announced the closure of the beach of our hotel and informed that the beach would be take a bus to another hotel. I think that the tour operator knew about the impending closure of the beach in advance, having previously reduced prices. In the hotel, the sea view was replaced with a room not in the main building, explaining that it was less noisy due to the work there. And everything would have been fine, but somewhere on the seventh day of our stay at the hotel, we noticed on the sheet: we didn't know what to think (after all, 5 *), on the last night everything turned out: Shock!!! Bed bugs!!! In my entire life, I have not even seen this abomination in the most run-down hotels in Russia, let alone hotels abroad. We informed Tatiana, our guide from Fun & Sun at the hotel, that we were attacked by bedbugs. And I wrote a complaint, which I gave to her. At 12:00 on the same day, we vacated the room upon departure. Here is the reply we received (no letterhead, no signature from the official representative of the hotel or tour company). Also, upon arrival in Moscow, I informed the head of Our Club LLC about the "delights" of staying in a 5* hotel, but apart from the emotional response that it was just a shock, nothing more… With this review, I want to protect other traveling people, be vigilant!!!! The quality of the hotel, as it turned out, is not 5*, the most outrageous thing is that all the representatives pretended that nothing had happened!!!This is outrageous, of course, I will never visit this hotel again!!!

Wonderful hotel! Friendly polite staff! The entire working team performs its duties professionally! The kitchen is wonderful, we had a rest with food (breakfast), no questions! Everything is delicious, varied! The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed, shampoo , conditioner, body milk were proven every day, tea coffee cream is no exception! The fitness room is beautiful, sauna, hammam. The bus to the sea is comfortable, but it takes 30-40 minutes to go, but it didn't bother us. There are people who are not very cultured, but this is my personal opinion. We were all taken away without any problems, no one stayed on the island! And it all depends on you, people! We took only breakfast, the quality of which was optimal for my taste: omelets, sausages, salads, porridge, rice, potatoes, eggs, watermelon, melon, muffins, rolls, juices, cereals... Tired. There is a gym, a rooftop pool. I used it every day before breakfast. It's a long way to the beach. Skeptics will say, but what has been silent so far?! Well, I read it in advance in the reviews and was ready. The hotel is on the beach - there is nowhere to go in the evening. Hotel in the city - walk to your health. Cafes, shops, attractions. I had a rest in March 2020, just before the quarantine. With my wife and daughter, whom I love. Therefore, the rest turned out to be great.
