A very bad experience here , DO NOT COME ! The young black hair radio manager is very unprofessional and even Racial !!! His forced us to eat in a cold out door place , we found a not occupied table in the Hall , he said no , we have to eat out door , just because we ordered the food there . We even explained that we could take the Foods in by ourselves. He said No , So We chose to leave , then the server stuff said we can sit in Hall Why force your client to sit in cold wind ? Several Times travel in Almaty , I have to say, I feel very bad to have a dinner here

We made an order, specified the cooking time, the waiter said that the longest was the manti for 35 minutes. And in order not to wait too long, we also ordered lagman, dumplings and pizza. The order arrived in 40 minutes (!) and it was dumplings. Lagman came in an hour later! The Manta rays actually came when we were about to leave. During the whole time, not a single waiter came to clean the table. The lagman itself is kind of tasteless, the meat is like rubber (either old or soy). They asked me not to put onions in the dumplings, so they brought them with onions. Mantas with meat can generally be renamed mantas with onions, you will not find meat there. Although the prices are adequate, but given the quality of the dishes and the level of service, not a foot here anymore.
