A chic low-rise modern area of City Walk Boulevard with a large number of atmospheric coffee shops, a stylish shopping mall, a cinema, interesting graffiti a la Banksy and many modern installations. An unusual space for Dubai, a pleasant place for walking, largely inspired by the American urban architectural style, reminiscent of the streets of Los Angeles. The most incredible sight is the evening fountain show with music! The view of the Burj Khalifa in the evening lights is breathtaking!

It's a great place. At the beginning of the City Walk at the hotel La Ville of the Marriot chain there is a Graze restaurant and the most delicious rose wine is served there. The food is so-so. The wine is fine and dry. Delicious breakfasts in this hotel, but the restaurant is different, Cheval. There are wonderful restaurants along the entire City Walk, you can take a walk. Near Green Planet! Children love it! And the wonderful City Wak residential complex from Meraas. The closest location to Jumeirah with the possibility of ownership of the property, the rest of the land nearby is only leased for 50 years.
