This is the worst mattress buying and shipping experience I've ever had in my entire life. The consultants are helpful and help with the selection exactly until the order is placed and the payment is made. From this moment, the tin begins. I placed the order on December 26th. Just now, on January 15th at 21:39, they brought me a mattress. The text message arrived today at 11:49. It said that the delivery window today is from 16:00 to 22:00. If you're trying to find out the approximate date and time of delivery in advance in order to adjust your schedule, everyone throws up their hands and pushes it off to logistics, then to drivers, then to whatever comes to mind. You can get through the numbers on the business card about the tenth time. The delivery drivers are behaving terribly. They give you a 10-minute warning and give you instructions on where to go down and which door to open. This is all after all the additional payments. There is no tag or sticker anywhere on the mattress itself, indicating that this is exactly the one I ordered. The sample in the store was soft. The one that was brought is oak on both sides. I doubt very much that the mattress I ordered was delivered to me. My sincere advice is to save your nerves and time. Order from someone else. I will be contacting the consumer society. This must be punished. Such treatment of people is impossible in the future. You can't bully your customers like that.

If you want to sleep on the floor, come here! We ordered beds for children, the delivery deadline in the contract is 20.10.2025. Logistics is at the "highest level". We called on the last day of delivery (we also called before that) to find out how it was, and to hear the cherished: "they are taking you." To which the consultant replied that they would bring 22.10 or 25.10. Let me remind you, today is 25.10. Today they dialed again, asked: well, where? To which they replied: 29.10. I'm thinking, maybe I should postpone the delivery to next year altogether and not live up to the consultant's promises?) The store staff is not interested in further sales at all. The staff never dialed the first one with a request to reschedule the delivery for another day. I'm sorry, is it my mistake that you don't comply with the terms of the contract? Is anyone familiar with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Consumer Rights Protection"? I doubt. Is the human attitude towards consumers familiar here (to call and say that deadlines are being disrupted due to logistics), or is everything random here: if the consumer does not call, then the "Kingdom of Sleep" will remain silent? There are people in the reviews who have also encountered this situation. So maybe you should consider changing your logistics company? How do you sign a contract with a logistics company (I think it's not the first time they've given it to you), and at the same time you give it to consumers, and you don't do anything about it? In general, the kingdom of sleep is not about a royal dream at all, it's about how sometimes it's hard to wait for your royal bed. Maybe that's why the "Kingdom" is like luxury, can't you wait? You have such a great name, but you can't solve such nonsense (replace logistics! and train the staff to call first, in case of such force majeure!).

Never go to this store for shopping - save your time and nerves. I have nothing against sellers, but the logistics are below the skirting board, and the quality of the furniture is so-so for decent money. On 11/10/2024, I had the misfortune to order a bed from this organization and, according to the contract, it was supposed to be delivered to me on 01/13/2025, but it was delivered two weeks later on 01/27/2025. Either they didn't have a car, or this (apparently the only) car broke down. They've been pretty nerve-racking. I've taken three empty leave of absence from work, and it wasn't until the fourth time that I got lucky. But the height of their bullying was that they offered me compensation for the inconvenience in the amount of as much as 2 rubles. 50 kopecks! And the quality of the cravati is worse than the one they have in the window. Do not contact this company!
