Excellent location, across the street there is a park, shopping center, Arbat, many shops and cafes! Very tasty and varied breakfast buffet. I liked the hotel, with a view of the park and the mountains. Friendly staff at the reception. Convenient location. Balconies in the room are completely unnecessary, especially in the toilet with a shower. It's not checked in the bathroom, and you can't open the balcony, it's hot. This is the only negative in the room. At the reception, they advised the Golden Cot national restaurant nearby, it's just gorgeous, the choice of dishes is great, everything is delicious, and the interior is fascinating, like in a palace) I recommend the hotel!

There is only one request to put a steamer in the ironing room for ironing delicate items.

I stayed at this hotel. They gave me a room on the seventh floor, breakfast is included. The room is new and fresh with a view of the park. There is a Fountain water park nearby. There is a discount at the reception for the water park! The service at the hotel is at the highest level! Everything is within walking distance-Arbat, Park, Water Park, shopping center, etc. all nearby! I had a 5-plus rest!

Хорошая гостиница, приветливый персонал и качественный сервис. Несмотря на высокую цену хочется отметить что цена и качество полностью соответствует заведению, и указанная цена оправдывает всю стоимость отдыха. Также очень вкусные завтраки, то есть шведский стол с разнообразием пищи. В номере имеется большая двух спальная кровать с очень хорошим матрацем, сплит система работает исправно - охлаждает помещение хорошо. В ванной комнате также имеется рабочий фен, и самое главное - горячая вода с хорошим потоком. Уборка производится качественно и пополняются запасы воды, что в летнюю пору имеет существенную роль (могут с пониманием предоставить больше воды). Вид с номера на шестом этаже замечательный. Балкон выходил на Арбат, Парковую зону и аттракционы. Само местоположение гостиницы удобное, так как находится в центре города. Есть система скидок в 50% на аквапарк, что находится у гостиницы. Из минусов можно отметить единственное с чем столкнулся, так это то, что в обеденное время при высокой температуре отключается лифт и может не работать какое-то время. Но даже несмотря на этот недостаток снижать какую-либо оценку гостиницы не хочется, поскольку проблема работниками сразу устраняется.

Reception, reception desk, decent breakfasts are included in the price. The parking is spacious, the facade and interior are expensive and rich.
The rooms have all the amenities and everything you need. Tea, water, soap dish, mini bar. Laundress on request. I definitely recommend you to stay.

Гостиница, как и одноимённый город открыта для всех. Здесь найдётся отдых на любой кошелёк, вкус и цвет. Лично я выбираю данный отель в первую очередь из-за его удобного расположения. Все нужное мне рядом. Во-вторых, можно не бронируя за деться и днём и ночью - места найдутся. Сам два раза так делал ради интереса. Но лучше все же забронировать. Мало ли… Номера удобные, чистые, не блещут запредельным комфортом. Есть чистое белье, кондиционеры в номерах и душ. В ванной комплект полотенец, моющих средств, халат. Все обновляют ежедневно. Завтрак на троечку. Цены на мини-бар, как и везде - показатель алчности. Но что поделать. Ужинать можно в ресторане «Публика». Рекомендую стейк. Мясо подают созревшее. Степень прожарки надо уточнять, иначе по умолчанию стейк зажарят максимально. Персонал дружелюбен, но не более. Улыбаются чаще чем в Туркестане к примеру. Но на то он и Шымкент. Приятного отдыха.

At the check-out, they made me pay for a towel and said that I wiped their shoes, although the shoes were white and not black. When trying to explain at the reception, they started being rude, did not understand, paid 4000 tenge. The sediment is unpleasant. But I stopped at the hotel to relax after a hard day, and not to do an audit of what and how and what kind of towel was brought to me. They substitute and close their joints at the expense of the guests. There are more decent hotels nearby and much better and cleaner!

I rent the cheapest room for 15,000 tenge. Breakfast is included. They call it capsule. It has no windows and faces the courtyard. So it's quiet and dark in there. It is very convenient to get enough sleep.

Хорошая гостиница в центре города. Удобное расположение. Номера чистые, комфортные. Есть балконы. Одну звезду сняла за часто неработающие лифты. Можно сходить рядом в аквапарк с 50% скидкой.

Достойный отель: полностью соответсвует своим звёздам. Просторный номер, чисто в номерах и в целом все опрятно. Кондиционер. Ежедневная уборка номера (да, это гарантировано не во всех гостиницах Шымкента, к сожалению), хорошее белье и полотенца, хорошее состояние сантехники, мебели. Маловато вешалок, особенно не хватало вешалок для брюк. Хорошие завтраки: свежие вкусные овощи, мини-самсы - тоже очень понравились. Ну и каши, нарезки, выпечка - все очень вкусно-съедобно. Хорошее расположение: рестораны и все необходимое в пешей доступности. Внимательный, вежливый персонал. Твёрдые 4 звёзды.
