A great hotel in every way! Excellent staff, helped in a difficult situation. The breakfasts are also excellent, the food was delicious, there is not too much choice of dishes, but there is always the most necessary! The rooms are fresh, clean, daily cleaning. we are staying at this hotel for the second time. This time we were disappointed, we are already turning a blind eye to the fact that the room is small, very small, and the bathroom is altogether smaller. Going to the sink to wash your face if you are a person of average height and average build is quite difficult – it does not fit into the wall. This time, the shower door didn't close properly and everything was leaking onto the floor, I felt awkward as if I was the slob. The faucet on the washbasin was dangling and all the time there was a fear that it was going to come off. The bar refrigerator is next to the desk, it is impossible to work because the heat from the refrigerator is very strong and it feels like you are sitting in the oven. These are the cons Pros: the breakfast is varied and delicious, the room is very clean

I was on a business trip and stayed at this hotel, everything is good inside, beautiful, comfortable. But the reception desk is a little lame, the girls and boys are very young and cannot answer some questions. They forget to fulfill the requests of visitors , then when you come to the reception the second time , they frantically start doing something. However, you need to better instruct the people who represent your organization and be more polite.

Hello. Great hotel, I had an early check-in, but I was accommodated early at no extra charge, it was very nice. At 2:00 a.m., I remembered that I needed to drink the medicine, there was no water left, I just had to call and ask for it, it was brought within 5 minutes. The next day, I didn't have time for breakfast in the morning, we put 2 boxes of food with us, and we made my day again. Every little thing is worth a lot. Balconies in the room are completely unnecessary, especially in the toilet with a shower. It's not checked in the bathroom, and you can't open the balcony, it's hot. This is the only negative in the room. At the reception, they advised the Golden Cot national restaurant nearby, it's just gorgeous, the choice of dishes is great, everything is delicious, and the interior is fascinating, like in a palace) I recommend the hotel!

Breakfast is served in the nearest cafes, it is much tastier and you can drink delicious coffee, for example, in Madeleine, rather than instant coffee, as in a hotel.
