I love the chain itself, but this particular food court is always problematic. Instead of chicken, they put pork a couple of times, the potatoes are disgusting, the butter stinks. The salad was stale once. Today, they gave me some frankly unprepared potatoes.

There are zero advantages. The order was waited for half an hour. Every time "it will be ready in 5 minutes", "it will be ready in 3 minutes". In fact, they don't even begin to do it at all. No "bonuses" or apologies for the long wait. It's just a terrible place and absolutely not customer-oriented!
