I was with a friend at this place on a weekday. The atmosphere was pleasant, there were almost no people, so we were counting on fast service. The menu arrived immediately, and I was ready to order in 3-5 minutes. I pressed the button to call the waiter 4-5 times, but no one came up to me. As a result, I had to wait about 10 minutes, and attention was paid only after new guests arrived. It left an unpleasant impression. I liked the cocktails very much - they are delicious and worth the money. Hookahs are also good. But the situation with the waiter and the call button was still confusing. When I asked the waitress why no one came for so long, she replied that the bracelet did not work. In general, the place is cozy, the drinks and hookahs are excellent, but I would like the service to be more attentive, especially when there are few guests.
