This café offers a cozy atmosphere that feels warm and inviting from the moment you step in. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The menu has a good range of choices, perfect for any taste. A must-try is their risotto, which is creamy and flavorful, and the tiramisu is simply divine, with just the right balance of sweetness and richness. I'm from Dubai, visited this place as a tourist. Read another review here about tourists having a bad experience, perhaps borderline racist. Pretty photogenic and warm, aesthetically; went during the winters. Enjoyed the hot chocolate. The staff is far from warm, however. The doorkeeper, especially, seemed rather arrogant and rude for no reason. Can do much better, replacing him, especially in a cafe that tourists, like myself would love to go to.

I had a very disappointing experience with the staff and services. There was noticeable discrimination against tourists, and at times, staff laughed in front of us. When I tried to speak to one of the staff, he simply ignored me.
