Level 7 Local Expert

The place is comfortable enough, with about 40 cats running around. Cats are nice enough, with the two meaner cats identified by red collars. Cat urine is left on the floor for too long, however, even with little children present. Also, charging adult fare for kids is unheard of in Tashkent. A surprising turn for a venue that you would have thought would be family oriented. Complimentary tea and instant coffee with candies are basic, but the games available are a fun touch. Overall, a 3/5 experience.
