It's an epic story to have this cabinet taken away under warranty. Sometimes they just won't come, then I'll come at another time, then generally on a random day, which we didn't even agree on. Support needs to be pulled every day, claims are blamed on you. It was only 2 weeks later that he was taken away.
They gave it to the service. And what do you think? "No defects found." They say it's your own fault, you put it wrong, not this way, not that way, read the instructions. I say, "how is this not detected? Here's a photo, a video, a paper statement, because it doesn't work as it should." To which they told me, "here's the service number for you, call drown."
This guarantee is just a piece of paper that costs NOTHING. No one thinks to fulfill their obligations under the guarantee. The so-called warranty service is for the jackdaw. Judging by the reviews, others have also encountered this.
Think three hundred times before ordering here. If everything is fine with the product, then it's fine. And if problems start, it will be "I am not me and the hut is not mine."

We ordered a refrigerator on Sunday with delivery to Oshmyany on Thursday. On Thursday, I received an SMS indicating the delivery time from 7 to 11 a.m. However, at 11 a.m., the manager called us and informed us that the delivery would not take place, since the refrigerator did not fit in the car. As a result, the delivery was postponed to Saturday.
Summer, heat, and for a whole week we were forced to live without a refrigerator.
The problems did not end there. On Saturday, we were informed that the delivery will be from 14:30 to 18:30. The courier arrived at the specified time, but when unpacking, we found a scratch on the refrigerator door. By calling the call center, we learned that we could cancel the order. However, we couldn't live another week without a refrigerator, so we had to take it with a scratch on the front. (By the way, the accompanying documents indicate that the refrigerator was delivered on Thursday)
As a result, the purchase in this online store turned out to be extremely disappointing due to the numerous inconveniences associated with logistics and transportation of goods.
