It is impossible to remain silent about the nightmarish attitude towards customers. I've been trying to return an approved product for 2.5 weeks, but they kept sending me back with the words "we'll call you back." When my patience ran out and I asked the head manager for the phone, the receptionist confessed that I needed to call the customer service department. When I called them, it turned out that they hadn't received my refund request and, of course, they hadn't dealt with it. As a result, having completely exhausted my nerves, I was still able to return the goods, but I'm not going to have any more business with this store. I've never seen a relationship worse than here.
