I do not recommend this ATM, nor the services of BelVEB Bank in general. A very unpleasant situation has happened to us. We came from Russia, we had only one bank card. We tried to withdraw cash, but the ATM "chewed" the card and did not return it. They called tech support, and they said, "Your card is not visible in the system, wait for collection." We wait. A couple of days later, a call came: "Your card is still missing." She just disappeared. As a result, without cash, without a card, without help. The bank's employees shrug, but there is no solution. We actually found ourselves in a desperate situation. A very unpleasant experience. Be careful.
