I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel - the beds became soft! They gave me clean towels, the breakfasts were delicious, the staff was sooo polite - which pleased me! It would be nice to have an elevator built and you can always check in there.

Thanks to the Nomad for the hospitality. We had a good time in our hometown, it's great to see how it's getting better, and Nomad is one of the indicators of this improvement. I love Kyzylorda, it holds a special place in my heart, even though I moved from there 15 years ago. The Nomad was very cozy, clean, excellent staff, responsive, convenient that there is a restaurant downstairs where you can go down and have a meal or order in the room, we used both options. Prosperity to the Nomad and good customers!

I stayed at this hotel for work. Previously I stayed at another hotel, but there were no places there. The room is large, warm, bright. All the furniture is battered, there is no proper care and there was no. Wi-Fi and TV with tuner did not work. The smell of sewage from the bathroom is terrible. The shower stall is terrible, with rust and yellow mold. From the set in the bathroom, only liquid soap, shampoo and dry small hand soap. There is no dental kit, no comb. We need to keep this in mind . Fortunately, the bed and towels were clean, there was a smell of air conditioner for linen 👍🏻 only for this 3* Breakfast is about nothing, if you come down late for breakfast, you can sit down at a dirty table. No one cleans the tables after the guests here. At least in the morning.

In the summer of 2023, 5 cars traveled by caravan to Central Asia, all children are small 3-4-5, stayed at this hotel, liked everything, maybe because there was nothing but luxury rooms, nevertheless, we liked the food and comfort! The only disadvantage is that they did not accept rubles, and when asked to leave a deposit until the morning in rubles, and in the morning to change them in tenge and pay off, they did not go to the meeting, they had to change the bucks at the rate that was beneficial to the administration, they seemed to get out of the situation! Dirty old rooms. They broke 20k because of the hype. Cards are not accepted. The towels are dirty, either in lipstick or in blood, the door is broken and made somehow, the chairs are worn, not a single foot by the bed is on fire, the whole floor is covered in hair. There's an old shower stall in the bathroom, it's all smeared with silicone and it stinks terribly from there. The hot water is barely flowing. The bed is normal, you can sleep.
