In the morning, my wife and I came to konuni on March 8th . We ordered chicken soup , 2 pancakes, tea, flat white and apple and carrot fresh. They asked for coffee and fresh fruit right away, and tea with a pancake, but it turned out the other way around. The chicken soup is not in such good condition, the chicken is not finished, it chewed like chewing gum after a couple of spoonfuls, the waiter was asked to give the soup to the cook and tell him about the condition of the soup. I work nearby and often go to this cafe for coffee in the morning when I come to work. Sometimes the staff is half asleep and the service is slow. The cashier scans the receipt without verbally handing the order to the barista. It takes a while for the barista to see the order on the screen. Therefore, as soon as I enter, I verbally inform the order myself, and then go to the cashier. It seems like a small thing, but it's a noticeable inconvenience!

On 04/22/2026, we went to Bon for coffee. I was visiting Tashkent and this coffee shop was recommended to me. The time was about 21:20. We ordered coffee for the kid at the counter (there were three of us), he interrupted and asked if we had coffee with us or here. I tell him he's going to drink here, and I keep ordering, but he interrupts, says, sit down, and the waiter will come over. The price of Fresh fruit has increased by 2 times and now instead of 40000sum for a glass of 0.5 you get 2 small volumes for 80,000 soums. The service remains at the same level, you come and wait for 15 minutes for someone to come up to you, if you are lucky, they will see you and bring the menu, and if not, then be kind enough to come yourself.
