A cozy hotel for family holidays, many Turkish families and not only parents with children but also the older generation. The food is varied, but mainly Turkish cuisine, for me personally this is a plus because there is an opportunity to taste all the dishes.
The territory itself is not large, but it is convenient. There are several areas for different recreation.
Of the minuses, visitors take food to the rooms, everything that is not up to eating is put on tables in the corridor until they are picked up, crowds of ants appear on them.

We rested here in June of this 24th year. A good family hotel, right by the sea, with a small private territory, with several bars, not a bad feeder, the staff is polite and responsive, when questions arise, everything was solved at once. If you have a family vacation with children, then in principle it's not even bad, but if you go to hang out, dancing and loud music, then it's better to look for something else, it's somehow not very good here, unlike neighboring hotels, there was fun every evening. I also hasten to disappoint fans of swimming in the pool, although there are two of them, they are very small.

To begin with, the reception staff almost does not understand Russian, they speak English well. Uninitiative guys with a constant grin work. They offered to check in earlier only for an additional fee, as a result, they settled in at 13:00. They gave a room in the 3rd building behind the reception, in general it is difficult to call it a building, the doors to the room are located directly from the street, there is no noise insulation and corridors.
The room was given a spacious two-room, the first room is just outside the front door with a bunk bed, there is no bedside table, no mirror, no sockets, which is very inconvenient, in the second room there is a bed and an armchair, everything looked very modern. There were no slippers or
bathrobes. A free safe, a minibar replenished every other day, free Wi-Fi, which worked only in one room and constantly flew out. Ventilation was not working in the toilet, the shower was leaking heavily from below. The balcony overlooked the bazaars and the trash can, from which there was a terrible noise of garbage collection early in the morning, while discos of neighboring hotels could be heard from the second room. The room was given dirty, there were not enough towels for everyone, I had to go and ask, the taps and shower are terribly dirty, the mirrors too. It was clear that before settling in, the maximum was only changed bed linen.
There are huge problems with cleaning. In 8 days, they cleaned only 2 times, and then the second time when they already came up and told the reception. But it cannot be called cleaning, the garbage was taken out, toilet paper was put on and new towels were given, that's all. The plumbing and other surfaces were dirty and stained. Even the 3-star hotel was cleaned every day and efficiently, but here it was disgusting to touch surfaces and taps. My friends even had cockroaches in the room.
The food is delicious and varied. You will not stay hungry, there are many bars on the territory of the hotel. They make delicious cocktails. Free ice cream. The waiters and bartenders are mostly very polite. A huge disadvantage of the restaurant is, again, cleaning, dirty dishes, lack of cups. I had to choose and look for clean plates. There is an Ala kart restaurant, but to sign up for a whole quest, we were approached 3-4 times at the reception, but we were constantly sent to come either the next day, or in the evening, or in the morning every other day and so on in a circle, in the end, rolling our eyes, we were reluctantly recorded, and did not understand what the problem was to record Right away. I liked the Ala kart itself, a lot of interesting and delicious dishes, good waiters.
As for the beach, it is within walking distance, very small, sun beds need to be occupied at 6-7 in the morning, the entrance to the sea is large stones, a little to the left is a better approach, special shoes are needed. The sea is calm, but if there are waves, it gets very dirty.
The pool on the territory is very small and shallow, we swam in it a maximum of 2 times. If there is a storm at sea, then there is no alternative, it is very boring. There is also a swimming pool with 4 slides, the most interesting slide with buns, open at certain hours.
The animation is simple. Gymnastics, step gymnastics and aqua aerobics. In the evening, there was a disco for children, and then a short show, if there was no show, then the animators offered to go to the city club at night. There was no Turkish night.
The most surprising thing was the theft at the hotel. A few days before departure, money was stolen from a friend's room, but it was not put in a safe. On the same day, for unusual reasons, when we came after the beach, the room key card was demagnetized, although the card was not lying next to the phone. But we had everything of value in the safe, so they didn't find any missing items. They steal especially in the last days of rest, so that there is little time to figure it out.
Thus, cleaning and theft greatly spoiled the impression of the hotel. There is no desire to return here, it is better to consider other hotels.

I stayed at the hotel in late September and early October. Overall, I liked the hotel. A four-plus restaurant. A large selection of salads and confectionery. But if you are a fan of fried juicy meat, then you will be disappointed. At best, fried chicken wings or liver on a skewer. The rest of the meat is not edible.Its own cool bakery. And these are buns, tortillas, etc. The beach is packed with people in the morning. There are also sun beds and umbrellas. It is necessary to enter the sea carefully because of the large sharp stones. It is better to do this in aquashouses. The sea is dirty.
I advise smokers to stock up on cigarettes. In Turkey, they are prohibitively expensive and of poor quality.

I want to share my impression about this hotel , we arrived for 12 days , the food in the hotel is very tasty , the animators are well done Emre and Dana ❤️DJ Ozzy 🤗 It was very nice to meet you .The hotel has its own beach, of course there are not enough sun beds, but we always had enough. A small pool and water slides , table tennis , concerts were held every day at 21 for children and at 21:30 for adults. During the day there was water aerobics and darts . Основные плюсы этого отеля в сезоне 2023 года - работа команды персонала в ресторане, на заселении, в обслуживании номеров и кухня. Еда - разнообразная и вкусная. Большой выбор мясных, рыбных блюд. Свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок утром. Для детей - пюре, молочные коктейли. На всей территории отеля - холодильники с айраном, водой. В лобби баре делают приличные коктейли. В номерах чисто, уборка и наполнение бара каждый день. Номера со свежим ремонтом, хорошая сантехника. Минусы этого отеля - его маленькая территория, для кого это важно. Поэтому из спортивных развлечений - водная гимнастика в небольшом бассейне, дартс, утренняя зарядка. Места для волебольной площадки нет. Есть второй бассейн с водными горками, но они невысокие, на некоторых из-за маленького наклона и напора воды дети застревают))) Лежаков хватает, но если хотите занять места получше, надо приходить раньше. Вход в море - мелкая галька, дальше могут встречаться большие камни. Если заходить левее, у края пляжа отеля, то при входе валунов нет и дальше они плавать не мешают. Но нырять в этой бухте не стоит. По детской анимации - однозначной оценки нет. Вроде анимация для детей была, но практически все мероприятия были не по вывешенному заранее расписанию. Нужно ждать объявление от ведущего, чтобы узнать, что планируется в ближайшие часы. Так как на пляже находились не постоянно, то часть мероприятий пропускали. Из активностей были приготовление печенья и пиццы, шоу мыльных пузырей. Но больше всего - раскрашивание сумок и футболок за дополнительную плату.

Классный отель!
Небольшой, компактный.
Бассейн маленький. Пляжа вроде всем хватает. Заход в море песчаный, но в воде попадаются большие камни.
В главном корпусе номера с видом на море только на верхних этажах, начиная с 3-го. Мы жили на 4-ом. Остальные корпуса друг напротив друга.
Еда разнообразная, на все вкусы. Рыба, говядина, курица, индейка. Много сладостей и фруктов. Пиво всегда, виски нормальный тоже всегда. Вода, газировка в номер каждый день.
Территория отеля небольшая.
Есть небольшой аквапарк, несколько горок.
В целом хороший отдых получился.

We stayed at this hotel from 22/09 to 02/10, the impressions of it leave much to be desired... There are no questions about check-in, we arrived in the dinner area and were immediately handed the keys to a room with a small balcony (decent sea view). In the dining room (restaurant), we were regularly greeted by dirty dishes and glasses (in places with chips and cracks), the tables were not cleaned in a timely manner, because of this it is problematic to find a free table. Nutrition: tasteless vegetables and fruits (very surprised, because this is Turkey – at the end of September), an abundance of tasteless types of sausage (just take up space), salads with lots of parsley, the aroma and taste of which interrupts the rest of the products. We chose omelets, pancakes, yoghurts for breakfast; French fries, ala burger for lunch, chicken/fish and olives (good) for dinner. Grilled fish and meat (chicken) is a plus of the hotel. You can find a large number of desserts, but they are the same in taste. We liked the baklava. The snack bar is a very modest menu. Burgers, nuggets, French fries – we had enough at lunchtime (as an alternative to the main menu). A separate plus for the delicious ice cream. A snack bar for dinner is served under the Ala Kart restaurant. We are not big connoisseurs of such restaurants, but here we signed up in advance (hype) and on the appointed day, in full dress, we came to taste overseas dishes. A lot of food! 2 people can't eat that much at dinner. It's a sad impression. Satisfying, but clueless. A separate plus for the delicious ice cream. Bottom line: you won't stay hungry, but I would like it better.
On alcohol: cocktails are decent in the bar of the main building, in all other places they are absolutely watery! It's not even worth wasting time on the queue, and it's not worth it without a queue. Good local wine (white/pink), standard beer.
The next thing I would like to mention is ANIMATION. Here you will meet friendly animators Emre, Dana and the presenter. You will see them in the morning and then if you snatched a place for yoga (there were only 5 of them), well, or aqua aerobics, then a meeting at around 21.00. So if you want to run away from the animators and their boisterous activities, then you are not in this hotel! The hotel positions itself as a family, but no one is engaged in children, all that is available for entertainment is the sea, aqua parks (under the supervision of parents), a swimming pool, a disco from 21.00 to 21.30 where children dance the same dance, and PAID activity for $ 15!!! The evening show is from 21.30 to 22.30 and after that entertain yourself.
Well, the "cherry on the cake" is CLEANLINESS! The hotel's beach is small, but it also cannot be kept clean. Mountains of dishes, garbage. Torn umbrellas, dirty sand.
You can forget about this word room cleaning! Without reminders, we had our towels changed only a couple of times in 10 days!!! They hung up a sign, but they came for 3 days in a row in the lunch area when the people in the room were resting! But even under such circumstances, they did not change the towels, but simply said that they would come tomorrow!
On the plus side, I can say that the hotel has a good SPA, where they do an amazing massage! But be prepared to fork out, but in this case it's worth it!

The territory of the hotel is very small, you can't really walk anywhere.
Animation, the so-called Show Time, is also about nothing. You can't look at pools without tears. Small frogs are 1.5 meters deep, well, and not much more wide. In general, if it weren't for the excursions, I don't know what we would do in this hotel. Solid, 3.

They put us in a basement room near bars and discos and a swimming pool, where it smelled of mold, the sound insulation was generally terrible, the music is just heard everywhere here, and what is the most absurd thing in the afternoon, they do not turn on or it plays quietly. We bought a tour to this hotel in Pegast.ru . We are currently staying at the hotel. The hotel does not match its star rating. There are problems with cleaning, only 1 change of linen in 8 days and then when asked at the reception. There are no slippers in the room. But they are in other rooms. (seen during cleaning). The sand is not swept off the floor, the garbage is thrown out every other time. The food is for 4, with a lot of dirty dishes. The hotel is for very unpretentious people. There seem to be enough places for everyone on the beach. You can ride the slides only from 10-12.00 and from 14.00- 16.00.

Замечательный семейный отель, мы приезжаем сюда в третий раз. Очень хорошее место для семей с детьми. Спокойная, тёплая атмосфера, внимательный, доброжелательный персонал, всегда готовы помочь, разрешить любой вопрос.

From July 8 to July 14, 2024, we rested in Turkey at the Crystal Hotel, Turkler.
Of the advantages, I will immediately note the friendliness and professionalism of the reception staff: they checked in immediately, although we arrived at 11 o'clock. In other hotels, check-in is usually from 14.00. The room was immediately given an excellent one and the one that was paid for, with a sea view and a convenient location.
The room had everything you needed except slippers and bathrobes. I really liked the mini-bar with several types of soda, which was updated every day.
The food at the hotel is excellent: every day there was meat, fish, a lot of fruits and vegetables, side dishes, sweets. I liked beef steaks and chicken chops and fish. For breakfast, in addition to omelets, pancakes, desserts, there were also children's products: baby puree of several types, milk, milkshakes. There are also very tasty honey in honeycombs of several types, toasts. The alcohol is decent enough: high-quality beer, good cocktails.
The food on the beach is quite diverse: shawarma, hot waffles with chocolate, ice cream, cutlets, fruits, vegetables, drinks. There was also ice cream and desserts near the reception, which pleased the youngest daughter very much.
Very friendly and adequate staff, the restaurant constantly approached the table to serve. After the restaurant, we went to the sea every day, which was literally two steps away, which is very convenient, especially with a small child.
There was a flaw in the room cleaning. I had to approach the cleaners and ask them to clean up. If you don't catch it, then the room will be without cleaning. The linen was never changed for us, but during the week it was not very dirty, since we rarely visited the room.
This hotel is for a family holiday, after 23.00 it is quite quiet here, which is also a plus. The child liked the pool with slides very much, the rescuers are sitting on both sides. The pool is for children. Our child swam even without adults. After the sea, he ran away to play in the pool and returned to us at sea without taking off his vest.
Summing up, I can say that both adults and children liked the hotel very much!

После отдыха остались под приятным впечатлением и желанием вернутся сюда еще раз.
Заселились в отель в 22:00. Нас встретил номер в главном корпусу с новым ремонтом и видом на море. Он был украшен, так как мы молодожены. На ужин в ресторан мы уже не успели, поэтому пошли в снэк бар, где есть бургеры, сэндвичи и закуски, напитки.
В программу для молодоженов входит:
✔️Комплимент от отеля бутылку шампанского и вина, турецкой сладости.
✔️Завтрак в номер
✔️Ужин в ресторане отеля с турецкой кухней. (Этот ресторан могут посетить все, при желании он заранее бронируется)
Пляж:
У отеля собственный пляж, лежаки, зонтики и полотенца предоставляются. Место можно найти всегда.
Пляж песочный, но на входе в море встречаются большие камни. В целом если знать где заходить, то они не доставляют дискомфорт. Стоит отметить, что пляж небольшой и немного тесновато.
Номер:
Нам повезло и мы попали в уже отремонтированный корпус. В номере все было рабочее. Небольшой балкон со столом и стульями. Сейф, мини бар с безалкагольными напитками (пополняются каждый день).
В ванной есть все необходимое. Шампунь, гель для душа, мочалка, бритва и крем для бритья, зубная щетка и паста, лосьон для тела и другие средства гигиены. Уборка тоже оставила приятное впечатление. Полотенца и постельное белье меняли каждый день.
Еда:
В этом отеле невозможно остаться голодными.
На завтрак яица в разных вариациях приготовления, фирменные турецкие оладья, каша, много выпечки, сладости, фрукты, овощи, йогурты. Огромный выбор сыров и колбас. Для детей есть молоко с разными вкусами. Для совсем малышей предусмотрено пюре в баночках.
На обед и ужин всегда есть супы, мясо жареное, вареное, тушенное или на пару (курица, индейка, говядина, баранина), рыба (форель, окунь, скумбрия). Большой выбор гарниров, овощей и закусок. Сладости и фрукты.
Помимо этого работает снэк бар, где всегда есть закуски и горячие, мороженное для детей.
Напитки:
В отеле несколько баров. В лобби бар работает круглосуточно.
Алкоголь местного производства хорошего качества-бесплатно. Коктейли алкогольный, безалкогольный и меню коктейлей для детей. Большой выбор заварного чая, кофе и другие безалкогольный напитки.
Территория:
В целом она небольшая. Два бассейна, детский и взрослый, но там всегда много народу (к слову бассейн адаптирован для инвалидов и есть специальное приспособление для купания). Есть аквапарк с четырьмя горками. Детская площадка. Амфитеатр для вечерней анимации.
Анимация:
Здесь вам точно не придется скучать. Команда аниматоров большие молодцы! Каждый вечер какие-то мероприятия, один раз даже была Ocean party, с диджеем и девочками танцовщицами. В течения дня тоже много активностей, зарядка, аэробика в бассейне, конкурсы. Для детей рисование на сумках и футболках, аквагрим.
Персонал отеля оставил приятное впечатление, все бегло знают А
английский язык, понимают русский. За обедом и ужином разносят напитки. Очень приятные и вежливые люди!
Отель определенно рекомендуется к посещению!
