The only thing I would like to see in the future is that the day before transportation, I would like to see full information about the upcoming trip (what documents to take, what time the driver will arrive, what process will be at point A and at point B). Our dog lived with his parents in St. Petersburg for a year, because its transportation from Russia seemed to be a very difficult and labor-intensive event. In the end, I found these guys, and they did everything turnkey themselves, and my dog was delivered to my apartment door! The guys suffered a lot with me: I was very worried and on the day of the flight I asked every 20 minutes how things were going :)) but they calmed me down without a drop of irritation, sent photos and videos of my pupunechka-sweet in real time. I am very grateful to them for the human attitude towards pets and their guardians! Only positive impressions! We are planning another move in a year, and we are not considering any options for transporting the dog, except to contact them again.
