LCD Alau left mixed impressions. On the one hand, the location is quite convenient — there are shops, bus stops and playgrounds nearby. Externally, the house looks modern, the landscaping of the surrounding area is at an acceptable level. However, there are significant drawbacks. The sound insulation between the apartments is weak — you can hear the neighbors even during a normal conversation. Elevator interruptions are also common, which is especially inconvenient for families with young children or the elderly. The management company does not always respond promptly to residents' requests, and the overall quality of service leaves much to be desired. In general, the house is suitable for those who are looking for housing in a good area and are willing to turn a blind eye to some everyday inconveniences. But if you value comfort and high-quality service, it may be worth considering other options.

The best LCD can be called) nearby there is a botanical garden, expo,10 minutes drive to the airport. It's a cool, gorgeous view. All sports arenas are also located nearby. Downstairs there are shops, cafes, a pharmacy and everything you need.
