The hotel is excellent, 5 stars without any questions, but the sea on this bulk island is so-so, standing water does not necessarily generate a corresponding smell, quite light, but it is, well, in general, standing water and these bulk islands - nature does everything better than a person. The hotel is nice. 5 points. The sea is three. Total 4

I had a rest with my family from March 28 to April 3, yes, adults and two children.
We were met at the airport badly. I had to wait 40 minutes for the transfer at the airport. An old bus arrived, which clearly did not fit all the guests who arrived. Dissonance: the hotel is new, and the shuttle bus is old. Saved)
The driver said to pick up the children (violation of safety regulations).
I had to fight a little to call the second bus. Called.
By the way, when we left back, the transfer did not arrive at all by the time, because of this we almost missed the plane. Be careful with the hotel transfer, it is better to take a taxi.
The territory of the hotel is large, cozy, lots of greenery. The beach is private, sandy. There is an inflatable water park. Several pools. It is better to take sun beds in the morning in advance, as there may not be enough.
There is a beautiful embankment where you can take a walk in the evening.
There is a children's room, but we have never been there.
The hotel is beautiful inside and out. It is clear that designers worked.
The food is not bad, but monotonous, there is a choice: fruits (bananas, apples, watermelons, melon, passion fruit), vegetables, meat, a little seafood (two types of fish were given), a little squid and shrimp (if you're lucky). I liked the pastries for breakfast. For lunch and dinner , you can beg for ice cream . On Mondays, the Chocolate hour is a free chocolate treat for children.
Due to the large number of guests, there were queues at the restaurant for lunch and dinner, which resembled more of a Soviet dining room. There were not always enough clean dishes.
All drinks (alcohol) and just tea are only in one bar - I had to wait in line to drink tea or coffee (and what prevents me from putting coolers and coffee machines separately?!)
The room is clean, the cleaning is good. But the rooms are small, we took the so-called family room, which has a terribly uncomfortable sofa and a sagging bed (although the hotel is new). Pillows are not comfortable. The toilet is generally a separate song - it does not close and is a translucent booth. There are no secrets in the family )
One plus of the rooms is a gorgeous sea view and a large loggia.
There is Internet, but not everywhere. Normal only in the room. It doesn't catch on the beach. It is impossible to call on social networks, apparently they did it on purpose.
The staff is polite, but no one speaks Russian. There are 3 Russian-speaking managers for the whole hotel, which are not always there. Although 2/3 of all guests are Russian-speaking!
My rating of the hotel is a maximum of 3 stars , the price and quality do not correspond to the stated ones.
