Hello! We stayed at this hotel with a child . The hotel is of course clean, well renovated , a lot of attention is paid to the appearance, but not to the infrastructure. If a 5-star hotel is declared, there must be an appropriate area for children. 1 pool for children , in which the water level is knee - deep . There are no slides , there is no corresponding canopy . If , for example, you take a bar above the floors , then there is a dense canopy . And it is very small in size , considering the number of tourists coming . 1 swimming pool for adults and children with a waist-high level . 1 pool 18+. A very large space is allocated for the private pool, which is not used 100 percent. There is a huge minus for the pools !!!! Ice cream is available on an all-inclusive basis only for lunch and dinner! That's it! Everything is paid on the beach! I definitely do NOT recommend the hotel for that kind of money. There are many disadvantages behind a beautiful picture . They were not settled in time immediately . They offered a room with a sea view for money . One day the room was cleaned, the bathrobes were taken away, but the others were not brought. In this emirate, the hotel tax is charged upon check-in. If you use something from the mini-bar, they regularly send letters about payment , if they did not arrive before the evening, they send a message to whatsapp. Nearby there are views of the construction site from several sides. One evening, the fire alarm went off, " screamed " for about an hour, but not a single employee even came to the floor. It was negligence, although there was a 1st floor. Definitely , I do not recommend it . I will not return to this hotel anymore!

The hotel is new, thorough cleaning, good quality Swedish line, tasty, but not very diverse. Food for children of any age, even for infants. The system does not include a large selection of alcohol, but a decent one. On Saturdays there is a wonderful family brunch, it is for an additional fee, but for those who have everything included, there is not a big surcharge and it is very very tasty there! It's a pity that he was only hit once. All the staff are very friendly. There are a lot of Russian-speaking guys in animation, there are waiters, but at the reception they saw everything once. The animation is wonderful, for the first time we saw animation with a bonfire on the beach, where children danced, fried marshmallows, ate popcorn. There are also two wonderful areas for children: a children's room and a teenage one. So you can safely work with children of any age. The children are looked after like nowhere else: they are very attentive, there are a lot of lifeguards on the beach and by the pool. Trampolines on the water are wonderful! It's fun for everyone, both children and adults!
What overshadowed the rest was the weather in early March, only two of the 7 days were sunny, the rest was either strong wind or rain. The sand is cold, the water is icy. Especially in our hotel, it is high, with an arch and there are such crazy winds walking, there is a constant Hum from the wind in the room. Perhaps in the hottest summer it is even good, but in March it is better not to build small hotels (there was no such wind in neighboring hotels).

I will also write my review, we rested 3 families in this hotel from 06/08/2024 to 06/17/2024, the hotel is modern, everything is clean and new. But! We were put in a room near a nearby construction site and from 6:00 the slotting and sawing began, as a result, we never got enough sleep for 9 days. They approached us with a request to change the room, they offered us only for an additional fee. There is nothing to eat in the restaurant, as my husband says, weight loss food. Meat is not cooked on fire, only boiled or baked unleavened. There are 2 types of cheese in total. For breakfast, oatmeal porridge and an omelette are stable. For the first time during the whole vacation, we put red fish for breakfast. Squid and mussels are not tasty seafood. Wooden melon, watermelon and grapefruit are made of fruits. Packaged apple and orange juices are more similar to packaged, but they say freshly squeezed. For lunch and dinner they give ice cream, it is also not delicious milk with water. On the beach, towels are given out dirty, torn. The beach is covered in algae. You can go out at low tide and calmly collect everything, but no, they don't need it. In the children's pool, in front of our eyes, a child almost drowned, the lifeguard did not care, he stood in his usual position as if nothing had happened, but thank God the child's father reacted instantly, everything was fine. The territory is small, but perhaps the greenest on the artificial island of Marjan - the French management company Accor has really invested in the landscape.
(I am confident about the "self", because I have been here in several other hotels before, and the rest were examined from the bay out of curiosity, renting "small-scale mechanization facilities").
The beach with Maldivian (white, very fine and clean) sand is the main advantage of the hotel.
The hotel building and rooms are decorated in Scandinavian style:
There are several 2-storey bungalows with private pools and private access to the beach (2 blocks of 4 "townhouses"), and in the main building there were 1- and 2-room rooms (perhaps there are others - they were not interested).
A 2-room room is quite suitable for comfortable accommodation of a family of 4 people (it is offered for 3, but if desired, you can arrange for the placement of another 1 child).
The rooms are well maintained, the decoration is not tired yet, due to the narrowness of the island, sea view is provided to all guests.
However, it should be borne in mind that on the one hand there is a highway along which trucks scurry to the construction site that does not stop at night (the island continues to be actively built up, and they have another 10 years of work on the front).
The rooms have an expensive paid mini-bar, the price list of which was in a niche on the refrigerator - the children found it only on the 4th day, having already eaten sweets for $ 60 :)
There are problems with the restaurant - for guests from the Russian Federation, the tour operator offers "All Inclusive", HB (half board) or BB (bad/breakfast - for breakfast) programs.
The buffet "at the moment" is a bit poor - we lacked the options offered, and the manager obviously needs to work with the children's menu:
Children are not vegetarians, no matter what the management company and the chef think! (the manager who was invited to our table once claimed that they were recycling it now)
You also need to know that alcoholic beverages are served only on "All Inclusive" from day 12, and the assortment, which includes only a couple of types of cocktails, spirits and 3 colors of dry Spanish wines, clearly lacks the usual and desired by Russian tourists champagne and Aperol Spritz (they are supposedly for those who are on "Ultra All Inclusive").
I was very surprised that the ice cream of the same name is sold on the territory of the hotel!
(the manager said that these are not theirs, but rented points)
However, at lunch/dinner, ice cream is provided free of charge on request (delicious!)
Those who choose HB and BB packages should keep in mind that in addition to 3 restaurants on the territory of the hotel with high prices, they will have nowhere to go in terms of gastronomy:

A large warm swimming pool, near which there are always places on sun loungers, even on weekends. By the way, on the beach too. The staff always helps to find a place, bring a towel. Rescuers are also always on the alert, they are not distracted by anything.
In general, the staff always tries to help, they left the phone to charge at the reception, brought water on the first request, replenished stocks of coffee capsules. The room was cleaned regularly without reminders.
There is a grocery store and a pharmacy within a 10-minute walk towards Rixos. A wide range of products. The embankment opposite the hotel is new, clean and almost deserted - it's a thrill to walk after dinner. We went from fan san to Dubai on a VIP tour, most of the impressions were from walking along the canal on a yacht.

The food is varied, the staff is friendly, drinks were always brought, escorted to an empty table. If not everything is included, alcohol is expensive, it is better to buy in advance)
I really liked the bar, which is located at the other end of the territory, and the pool was attached to it! It is popular with the locals, DJs are periodically invited there. Ice cream is paid 18 dirhams-it's about 504 rubles 1 ball. Some drinks at the bar are also paid for, mostly alcohol.
It is very far from the city, so it makes no sense to spend 40,000rubles only in one direction.

We got to this hotel because ours was on the "stop". The hotel building, equipment, territory - on a solid 5! Further disadvantages are the restaurant. The food is monotonous, but delicious. You need to ask for French fries through the waiters, but it's not a fact that they will bring it. There was one time that we waited for 30 minutes, the waiter said that the fries were over). For 5 stars, this is simply unacceptable. It feels like there are not enough staff, and who is, they are not assembled. It's a problem with fruits. For 5 stars it is very, very poor(. The all-inclusive system is very peculiar. Not everything is included (In the bar, a man asked for bottled water, said it was paid, and poured it into a glass - it's free). A great bar on the beach, you can sit quietly in the shade, drink tea and coffee.
If you arrived earlier, then check-in is paid, BUT not for everyone. Actually, it's a strange and incomprehensible position. They won't let you in for breakfast, only for lunch. But it didn't bother us much.
The sea is great, but some plankton was "pinched", it's not pleasant (There are 2 pools, one for very little ones, the other is a little deeper, but you won't swim much either. There are inflatable slides in the sea where you can run and ride

The staff is attentive and very friendly, there are Russian speakers. At the end of the beach there is a bar, there is a pool and sun beds, hotel guests can use them. This pool is for people from 18 years old. It has its own atmosphere, I recommend arranging a mini vacation there while the children are under vigilant supervision in the children's room. The disadvantages that you can see at the beginning are specially made for the convenience of guests.For example, the pool is not deep, but for people with children it outgrows a huge plus. They didn't take tips from us, they said that everything was included. Services are not imposed. Take sunscreens with you at the hotel, they are expensive and aqua T-shirts, since you cannot swim in a simple T-shirt in the pool, and the cost of aqua T-shirts at the hotel is 140 dirhams. Great new hotel. Beautiful white sand, green territory. The rooms are spacious, modern, mostly all sea views, as the hotel stands on the embankment shore. The food in the restaurant is varied-fruits, vegetables, meat, snacks, cheeses (there is no seafood, sometimes there were squid and shrimp in sauce), queues were not noticed, there are enough staff, everything is carefully monitored. All inclusive from 12:00 to 00:00 is open, Dewarts whiskey, white red pink wine, German beer in cans. To go to Dubai 1:30- 1:40. A taxi will cost around 10-12 thousand rubles, so it's better to team up with other tourists and go together (for example, to the Dubai Mall). There are no shops nearby as such at all. There is a Manar Mall, we went for 60 dirhams by taxi, but there is not much to buy there. There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, for whom it is important. Russian-speaking reception. The hotel is ideal for families with children. We went on 2 excursions - Abu Dhabi and Dubai itself. So, probably in order:
- The territory is super beautiful, there is no such gentrified and green territory on this peninsula as in this hotel. Everything is surrounded by greenery. The beach is clean, the water is too, no jellyfish, no corals, a lot of small fish. The sand is really magnificent.
- Entertainment. It is worth noting right away that in this hotel you should not wait for animation or any active entertainment for children. There are two separate pools and a small playground for them. For adults, there are 4 bars with good alcohol (one near the pool for adults), one with a sea view on the roof, one pub, and another to meet the sunset. There are really no children on the territory of the adult pool, and if someone comes with them, the staff reacts quickly and asks to leave. A DJ is playing in the evening. There are people in the lobby who arrange transfers and excursions. The transfer to Dubai Mall costs 75 dirhams (round trip) departs on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 11 a.m., back at 19:00, (But I advise you to stay at the fountain show and then take a taxi yourself.
- Restaurant and food. We had an All-inclusive tour. Someone previously wrote that there is no cappuccino or latte coffee - this is not true. There is coffee and plenty of it. The coffee is delicious. You can order for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and after 12 you can do it yourself at the beach bar. There is food for absolutely every taste. There is always seafood, meat, lots of vegetables, pasta. There are also Indian and Asian dishes. A separate menu for children. Lots of fruits: bananas, oranges, apples, pineapples, watermelon and melon. There is always freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh croissants, Viennese waffles, pancakes for breakfast, you can order scrambled eggs or an omelet. You can order French fries with nuggets and this is also included. There are many different side dishes. By the way, I read earlier that the cuisine is not diverse enough. Perhaps if you rest there for a month, then such food will get bored, but definitely not in a week or two.
- Alcohol. In the "All inclusive" you can drink different types of wines, whiskey, beer. Cocktails are always available at the bar. They cost in a divine way, about 35-45 dirhams. Tasty. Hookah in Ula costs 120 dirhams the most basic, but it's cool to sit on the shore and smoke a hookah.
- The number. At first we were given a room with a view of the construction site on the 11th floor, the sounds did not frighten me, but with the window closed they could not be heard. My friend was outraged, and after a short persuasion, we were changed to a family room. The rooms are all clean, cleaned every day. If necessary, change the towels (for this they must be left on the floor). There is a mini-bar. Coffee and tea are free, of course you have to pay for the rest.
I would like to say a special thank you to the waiters, who, like bees, tried their best to satisfy the requests of all the guests. It's a shame, of course, that many people who have arrived in a country where Russian is not an official language, for some reason believe that waiters are obliged to understand their indignation, but this is a question of educating vacationers. Of course, there are Russian-speaking waiters and administrators, but it will be difficult for people who do not know English, right up to calling a taxi.
By the way, the hotel is located quite far from Dubai or Abu Dhabi airport. From Dubai, a taxi cost us about 324 dirhams. There are 500 dirhams from Abu Dhabi, but the distances there are huge.
In the end, I would like to thank the entire hotel team for a wonderful stay. I will separately note the work of the Sydney manager. During my vacation, I lost my license at the hotel and asked the staff to inform me if they were found. And now, having already despaired of finding them, right on the day of departure, he informed me that my license had been found. It was very pleasant.

A great hotel for families with children. The hotel has 95% Russians. All staff strive to speak Russian.
Since almost all families have children, no one pays attention to the screaming, crying, no one looks askance. I really think this is a plus at the hotel. There is also a second part of the hotel, but it is only 16+.
The food is great. There are a lot of salads, salad additives, there is meat (meat is cooked for an amateur), white fish is always invariably there. Coffee beans are prepared. French fries, nuggets, ice cream on request. Very tasty desserts. Not sickly sweet. Very tasty breakfasts, varied. Croissants, waffles, pancakes. I often took my own food from the children's menu.
We rested in the family room, sea view. The view is great, the room is clean, the water in the shower and bathtub goes well, the toilet flushes well. We were cleaned around 17-18 hours. If you leave a tip, they'll clean up early. The hotel itself is all cool. Like everyone in the UAE, for you to cool off and not swim in the heat. ))
On the day of arrival, they asked to check us in earlier - with some manipulations, we were checked in at 9:30 in the morning. They also charged us a tourist tax for the entire stay (12 days) for three people about 8000₽
On the day of departure, they asked to leave us for another 2 hours. They left it for free. It is paid for more time.
Of the real disadvantages, the sea, to be honest, I didn't really like it, but I was tempted by the Dominican Republic and the Maldives, with white sand and clear water.
Since this particular island on which the hotel stands is bulk, the water enters there by an artificial method, respectively, there are no waves there either. For the last 4 days, I didn't even swim in the sea, because there was a big ebb, then the tide returned the water to its place for a very long time, the seabed stank, jellyfish bit. In general, it's not mine.
The tan goes well, although the sun is baking, it is not as strong as at the equator. Spf is mandatory.
AND ATTENTION!! Parents whose children swim and dive. After your child swallows water in the pool, it does not matter whether it is shallow or large, he will either vomit or vilify. We were overtaken by both fates, keep in mind, take enterosgel with you and make sure that the child does not swallow water. We were not the only ones there, with such a problem after diving.
By the way, the children's pool is a must-have, where you can hang out under a canopy during hot hours.
Well, there is another disadvantage. There is a complete lack of animation on the beach / pool. Water aerobics does not count 3 times a week. It's too bad that the hotel doesn't turn on music. She would add 100% mood. As the guys from the staff explained to me, "these are the rules of the administration." Well, if someone from the administration is reading me, turn on the music for people)

Number. The room is a family room. A small one, a large bed for parents, children without a window in a walk-through room on a folding sofa. They complain about sticks sticking out of the sofa in the back. They brought an extra blanket and put it on top of the mattress, it didn't help much. You can only get to the toilet by walking past sleeping children, it's inconvenient. For some reason, fruits and juices are brought to the room, after an hour swarms of ants run in, you call for help, they come and clean them :)))

There are enough chaise lounges, of course there are smart guys who take up towels, but only a few. This is not generally accepted here. The system is all inclusive. For those who are used to relaxing under this system, it is important to take into account several factors in this hotel. The hotel and its ice cream of the same name are offered only for lunch and dinner, there are two tents on the territory, but if your child wanted to eat it on the beach, then it is paid there!
