We had a rest here with a friend from 08/27 to 09/03. Wonderful atmosphere, calm and quiet. That's all I needed. The sea is 5 minutes away, and there are wonderful cafes and shops nearby. The owner of the cabins, Rafik, is a very nice and kind man, and he treated us to delicious coffee., If I want to return to Abkhazia, I will choose this particular house.

A shared kitchen with everything you need (this is important when there is an alternative on vacation - to eat in a cafe or cook yourself). The guest houses are located on 6 acres, a separate open kitchen where you can cook at any time. The house has a large double bed, sofa (uncomfortable), air conditioning, refrigerator, TV on the chest of drawers. There are no mirrors in the room, there are at least hangers. They were hung on nails that were nailed to the wall in large numbers. In the back there is a door behind which there is a toilet, sink and shower (the water was always hot and cold), the fan was always turned on in the room and after turning on the light, so it was always dry. There were towels, for each pair of towels. It was comfortable to sleep. There is a table with stools on the porch. There is an electric kettle on the table. All the dishes are in the kitchen. The territory is clean and well maintained. The owner (Rafik) is attentive and kind. The wine is on sale, its own, delicious. The tea is served free of charge. It is literally a five-minute walk to the beach. Lots of cafes, small shops-eating is not a problem. It is better to book a place as early as possible. We met right in Sochi, there were no problems.

We had a vacation with a friend at the end of May 2022.The atmosphere created by the host Rafik was so warm and cozy that we forgot that we were visiting. In a short period of time, all the inhabitants of our farmstead (as we affectionately designated our habitat) joined in one pleasant company, all parted with the hope of meeting in 2023..The rest was a 100% success.I want to express my heartfelt thanks and respect to the owner.
