A quiet, cozy hotel. There are breakfasts. The rooms are cleaned every day. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels. Soap, shampoo and toothbrushes are updated in the bathroom every day. The TV works well, without a set-top box.
Nearby there are bus stops in all directions of the city. Nice, quiet place in the center.

Nice hotel👍🏻Stayed for three days, I had a regular standard room, and it was with all the amenities☝🏼-bathrobe, tea set, water, and cleaning every day, free WiFi)))I liked everything - a nice comfortable bed, a snow-white bed, a towel, a shower set (gel, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste).
The staff is very polite, helped to call a taxi, suggested where there are shops, cafes nearby, how to get to the center, thank you.

In general, what I expected, I got. The usual three, the bathroom is "tired", the towels are gray from the windows of the barrel.
Tea bags, water, sugar were available and it was possible to ask the cleaner to update, soap, shampoo gel were also lying, as soon as they ran out, she asked to put more. The cleaner cleaned, if she asked not to be disturbed, they did not come in. In the evening, there was a slight lack of lighting in the room for work, since the lamps are only spot-on, it is not convenient that there are no sockets near the bed, only at the table. It was cold in the room, but it was warm to sleep (the blanket was warm), the bed linen and the mattress under the linen were clean.
One evening there was no Internet, the rest of the days were not ideal, but there was enough for daily work. The TV was working well, kondei wanted to turn on the heating, but it didn't work out.
I liked the staff, we made registration documents for the bank (to issue a local card), moved out earlier, calmly returned the day paid in advance, all questions could be answered. The food in the restaurant is delicious for the price in general, as well as in the city center, but they work until 2 nights.
I was looking for a not very expensive average hotel where it was possible not to make a payment and specify a card for booking, the hotel meets these requirements.

We had a non-standard check-in time, we were passing through Astana, we contacted the hotel staff beforehand, we were guided by the price, everything is fine!
On the day of arrival, we decided to clarify and confirm our reservation, it turned out that the price increased by 5 thousand tenge, okay ... the specialist was mistaken…
But at the time of check-in it turned out that the price was higher by another 7 thousand tenge!!!
Because the time was 5 a.m., after the flight, there was no strength to look for another place!
The room is a separate kind of art.
It seems more or less clean, BUT
There is no refrigerator, all the linen is antique, the sintepon is crumpled in the blanket so that the blanket consists of "humps"
The bathroom is a miracle, there is no flushing in the toilet, sorry, but it was even awkward to go to need, because it is not clear then how to flush!

The hotel is not the first freshness. The carpet is old and stinks.
The rooms are ordinary, there are disposable slippers, dental cleaning kits, gel and shampoo, but the towels are no longer white, but gray. There is a hair dryer. For some reason, there was only one chair, although we were checking in together. Breakfast is brought to the room, so a second chair is needed.
Breakfasts are prepared somewhere else, they are brought. Modest breakfasts.
The place is quiet, in the courtyard of three residential buildings, five or six storeys high. It's not far from the center.

I do not know who gave this hotel 4 stars. Apparently they glued it themselves. The guys at the reception are normal, they helped at check-in. The hotel itself (room) leaves much to be desired. At first, we were settled in room 104. It just has a peeling ceiling, a wall , dampness everywhere (unfortunately I didn't take a photo), and of course the smell of dampness. But the staff took care of the future residents and opened the window in the cold room. Naturally, we asked for a replacement number. They gave me another one. But he's no better, everything is stained everywhere, dampness on the ceiling in the toilet. The hotel was apparently flooded with water. Towels are a separate art form. I won't even wash the floors at home like this. They're just yellow, washed out. Well, fortunately, at least they smelled of chlorine. There is, as befits a 4-star hotel, a safe. But it doesn't work. There is no refrigerator, there is a place for it , but it simply does not exist. I took a picture of the place for him. Everything is stained everywhere, the carpet is the same as me... the walls are stained, the ceiling is crumbling. In general, I do not recommend this hotel. One plus point is that they have a kitty .
And yes, the staff gather in room 108 and laugh like horses there, and look at the full volume of the video. It was every night. The guys don't respect the visitors at all.

Everything was fine (although the hotel is weak, and the breakfasts are the same name and beggars at night on the way out), until they started checking the room at check-out. I stayed for 5 days and never complicated their lives (I asked them not to clean), apparently the lack of tips offended them. In general, the maid radioed that the towels were dirty. They took me to look at these towels and were going to charge 5000t for their dirty towels?! A large towel was stained yellow (they had already given it to me, I'm not picky, although I will now) and a gray trail that is washed away with water. I would have washed it off in front of my face if it hadn't been for the taxi that was waiting for me on the street to the airport. I said that I would not pay anything for the big one, so they demanded 3000t from me for the small one, I paid to get behind. When I wanted to pay through the terminal, the girl at the reception asked for a transfer.
That's the story, when you go into the room, ask to immediately change such towels, or record them on video. Or better yet, don't stop there, a bunch of lonely men stop there, well, you know who they drive at night and how noisy they are.

The number matches the photos. We booked a room through Booking, junior suite. The room has a TV, a tea pair, a kettle, 2 bath towels, 1 foot towel and 1 face/hand towel. The room is clean, spacious, the bed is large (you can sleep with an asterisk and not interfere with each other).There was a very kind, helpful guy at the reception. You could contact us at any time, tell us and explain everything in detail). It was not possible to have breakfast on the 1st floor in the cafe. We waited for pizza for 40 minutes, although apart from my husband and me, there were at most 6 people in the cafe. It turns out they didn't have pizza at all. Although the waiters swore that they would bring it soon. The location is convenient, although it is far from the sights, about 10 km away. But you don't pay attention to such little things, because the hotel is beautiful and clean. Conquered our souls 😍

The room is dirty, dusty, bed linen with holes, towels are gray. There is no refrigerator in the room. The shower is battered with holes in the tiles and mold. The window does not close until the end. The handle is broken and the inscription does not open.
I asked at the reception why the room was not cleaned and even the garbage was not taken out, they said that they had cleaning every 3 days.
A continental breakfast is served in the room. Not tasty and cold. Apparently they've been cooking since the evening.
You come back in the evening, and the room stinks of leftovers tomorrow. How did the cockroaches not get started? I had to ask 3 times to be cleaned. I've been waiting for almost an hour.
There were already spots on the lamps when I stopped by. Apparently, the previous residents also noticed the dust. But the maid did not wipe it. Although it catches the eye. How do they clean the room after the guests?
The restaurant at the hotel is terrible. The food is not tasty and expensive. A bowl of soup is 3500 tenge. This is almost 650 rubles. Cheese and chicken soup. Some kind of slush and rotten meat, a bread basket with baked dry bread. When I got to the rotten meat, I almost threw up. I returned it, I almost didn't eat, but the bill was brought. I didn't have the strength to swear. I just paid. And she didn't go anymore. For 4 days of stay, I saw only 1-2 tables sitting. It is clear why. It's also expensive and not tasty.
There are no other establishments nearby, there is nowhere to eat nearby.
The building itself is shabby, the porch is broken.
I do not recommend either a hotel or a restaurant.

Very tired rooms. Initially, they moved into a room with a single window facing the hotel lobby, which made it impossible to open it, because it was noisy and not private. They moved to another room without any problems, but both rooms had very poor plumbing, holes in places due to missing tiles on the walls, someone else's hair behind the sink, torn bed linen and towels, cigarette-burned carpet and curtains. We met a cockroach in the bathroom. The rooms are very dark, the light is only from a sconce and a dim lamp in the hallway. In general, the feeling of staying in the room is unpleasant. The photos presented by the hotel were probably taken once at the opening, but have long been untrue.

I put a low estimate because of their two "special rooms" of economy class, which overlook the windows... in the lobby. In the lobby. And where I was lucky to get to once. It's tinny. There is no air conditioning, although it is stated. The window is coming out... on the internal staircase, and everyone going up to the rooms on the second floor is looking out your windows. There is no need to talk about fresh air. Plus, you are woken up by the music that the staff turns on at the reception. This is hell. And these rooms cost the same as a regular economy room. And there is no stipulation that you can get there.
I stepped on this rake only once, in general, an inexpensive hotel, with leaks on the slopes of windows, in the bathroom, sometimes with cracks on the floor or ceiling, with holes on the bed linen (the linen itself is snow-white and clean - no complaints). With stupid uncomfortable hangers in the closet ("anti-thief" - without hooks). Without refrigerators (I'm not even talking about full-fledged ones, but at least about "bar ones" - minus 5 degrees to the ambient temperature).
WiFi also often falls off. Sometimes I just switched to the mobile Internet.
Far from the center.
10 minutes walk to the nearest Small. A minute to the shops "in the yard" - fruits and vegetables, drink, beer, milk (check the dates) and other minimum.
Resume - let's not go here, but if you just need to stay for a short time for a little money, it's quite a working option. The staff is friendly, everything seems to solve the problems when contacting.
I didn't use the breakfasts and the restaurant - I won't say anything.
There is a nice park nearby.
Payment is the same as everywhere else (cash, cards, QR).

The service as it is..
1. The restaurant at the hotel brings breakfast to the room - they brought breakfast to your taste, without even specifying what I choose (there is an opportunity to choose from 2 options). Iced frosting, iced sausages. Apparently, the kits are being assembled in the evening and this one just wasn't warmed up. No toasts were brought. They didn't bring sugar for tea. The tea is cold. Tomorrow is served on time, but in the end we were late.
2. There are stains on the bed linen in the room itself. Towels with holes. The walls in the room are stained. The furniture is also damaged.
3. The room was not cleaned from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. As the dishes with the remnants of a luxurious breakfast stood in the room, they remained to stink.
4. But the cherry on the cake was just a hellish disco in a restaurant where there was a banquet. The bed vibrated with music. The call to the reception gave a special pleasure - "the restaurant is separate, they have a banquet." The level of service is gods.

Not a bad place to stay overnight.

Garbage is cleaned every two days, apparently they look at the length of stay of the guest. The rooms are generally clean. Quiet area, within walking distance of shops. There are opening windows and air conditioning. There is not enough light in the room even when all the available lamps are turned on.
