I stayed at the hotel for the period of my business trip. The room is good. Clean and cozy. There is everything you need to stay. Despite the work trip, I even managed to walk to the beach, it is very close to the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious. It's all good.

Not a bad hotel. But unfortunately there were a lot of Mosquitoes in the room, thanks there were traps for them, but it didn't help much. Convenient location, there is a beach right across the street. But please, dear hotel management, pay attention to the competence of your employees (for this I take off the star). The reception did not immediately and confusingly answer whether we could extend our stay at the hotel. At breakfast, we were told that the breakfast included in the price was bread and butter and a couple of cookies (which caused confusion), and then it turned out that there was no need to pay for porridge and scrambled eggs with sausage.

We came from Moscow! For the first time in Aktau! For the first time in this hotel, everything is just great! Attentive staff, excellent service, cozy rooms for every taste, there is a gym, sauna and swimming pool. Everything is just wonderful! I advise you to visit Aktau, wet your feet in the Caspian Sea and definitely settle in MIRAMAR!!!

The rest is cons... The condition is deplorable. Everything is falling apart. Perhaps this is the end of the season and there will be repairs by the next one. But how is it possible to install a door to a room that is a centimeter below the box? To clean the room, you need to ask for and leave the room key. The casing at the door has deviated and is hanging out, three days after the message about it - it was not repaired. It's scary to go into the shower, everything is hanging out, rusty, water gets into the cracks and pours onto the bathroom floor, so you just get out of the shower into a puddle of water. Interestingly, the watering can is held on the wall and is not regulated in any way, it hits water in the face or over the head if growth does not allow.
There is a TV, but there is no signal, it does not show anything (it is clear that not everyone needs it, but if there is a TV in the room, then I want it to show something). The Internet is constantly falling off, I tried to work and I didn't have enough nerves. They moved out a few days ahead of schedule, and we were charged for the day. It's also nonsense, but at the check-out they didn't even make an attempt to find out the reason, fix something, offer another number. There is a large refrigerator in the room, full-size 2 meters... What for? It's noisy and unnecessary. There is not even a kettle in the room. There is no noise insulation, you can constantly hear everyone around.
The breakfasts are so-so, a small variety, but delicious. Somehow I didn't have time to put the scrambled eggs, and the waiter wasn't watching, I had to call and ask for more. It's kind of weird.
There's not even anything to say about the spa and pool... The Jacuzzi doesn't work properly, the pool is very shallow and all that...

A great, modern hotel. We rested with friends for a week. We ate in a standard room with a balcony and a large room with a kitchen and a terrace. The hotel has a modern renovation, new Ikea furniture, clean textiles. During the week, the room was wet cleaned 3 times and bed linen and towels were changed. The air conditioning in the standard room was not only cold, it was freezing) but in a large room, two air conditioners worked very poorly. There is a good playground on site. There is a nice beach opposite the hotel.
The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
There is a cafe in the hotel, so I would rate his work at 3. we ordered mantas, brought them fresh, warmed, well if yesterday's ones. The breakfasts are varied and the portions are large, but the waiter's service left much to be desired, he constantly confused orders, they asked for bread for 3 days, they did not wait.

The hotel is located right by the sea, it is enough to cross the road. Right in front of the hotel is Soldier's Beach (in fact, a wild beach where you can buy a place under an umbrella with sun beds). If you are not too lazy to walk for 10 minutes, then there will be a Dostar beach with a paid entrance, normal sand and some kind of service. You can easily and inexpensively get to the city by Yandex taxi. The buffet breakfast is quite ordinary. The director of the hotel is very friendly.
Now it's a minus, for which I lowered my rating. I booked a hotel through a Booking service. There was no prepayment in the booking conditions. On the day of check-in, a message suddenly arrives from the Booking that payment has not been received and the reservation is now canceled (what?!). I call them at the number that was indicated in the message, informing them that I am already on the plane and will arrive soon. They agree that everything is OK and they are waiting for me. But somehow it is somewhat exciting to receive a message at the moment of boarding the plane that they want to cancel the reservation. What if I had already flown and hadn't received the message? What prevented me from writing the day before and asking if I would come?

I thought for a long time to put 3 or 4 stars. Impressions are contradictory to be honest. The room is normal. Plumbing works, there is even a washing machine, a table, a wardrobe, a bed. There is a balcony with a table and chairs, where in the evenings you can admire the sunset. The furniture is not new, but not broken. There are complaints about the sagging mattress.
The SPA area. Jacuzzi with hot water, swimming pool with warm water, shower, hammam, very hot sauna. Disadvantages. A ragged ceiling, a fallen-off strip of illumination in the hammam, huge puddles in the men's locker room.
Restaurant. Salads - 2, do not know how to cook them from the word at all. The first courses were not taken. Hotter between 3 and 4. The cuts are expensive. Lemonade one day for 5+, another day for 2-. The staff can be seen to change too often. In the morning, the buffet is a little meager, but you will not stay hungry.
Result. For its price (4500 rubles a day for two) is very good. But there remains a residue that there is not enough banal attention to the little things, to the details. Perhaps over time everything will be able to be fixed. Therefore, after all, 4 stars. Good luck and prosperity! Work on the service.

Everything is completely decent. Only All Inclusive is missing and there would be the same Turkey with Egypt. The hotel is new, the rooms are clean, the owner is friendly, the staff is helpful.
Everything is within walking distance. There are buses to the city. We were in early August. The sea is cold and the beach is opposite the hotel, with a very gentle and shallow approach. It is necessary to go 100m into the sea, so that at least the depth is chest deep.
But the rest of the trip was a success, there were only positive impressions.

The service is good, the staff is friendly, but the hotel itself is unkempt: the furniture is stained, the curtains are dirty, the walls are stained, lipstick prints on glasses and cups, although they look washed! The table is barely standing, it's all loose, scratched… Breakfast was included, considering that the price was inexpensive, it was not bad, everything was available: a little sausage, cheese, tea / coffee, a choice of porridge or scrambled eggs / omelet, they would bring it right away, there was jam, bagels, samsa with meat and potatoes (very tasty!), pancakes.
My husband and children went to the baths and the pool, they liked it! The hotel is located almost on the outskirts of the city, we constantly took a taxi, as we arrived out of season, the beach in front of the hotel was not needed)) in summer, the only free beach in the city is just across the street, so in summer this hotel is probably very popular. There was not a single cafe nearby (all of them are closed before the start of the bathing season), the hotel has a "bar" where you can buy juices, tea, espresso and Americano coffee. There is no alcohol.
The view from the windows of the Caspian Sea and the sunsets is beautiful!!! That's why we chose this hotel!

It is very good for Aktau level. The rooms are nice and large, we came across a kitchen, very comfortable, washing machine top. The view is super! Well done for making a sea view from each room! The elevator is good.
Among the disadvantages is the long service in the cafe, the tables are not cleaned at once. Food is allowed in the spa area (not hygienic, it smelled strongly of food, I would allow maximum drinks) and entry to guests who do not live in the hotel. The hammam turned off strangely. It's bad that access to the control panel is available to everyone, just like someone is poking where it's not necessary.
The quality of the building is so-so, but as we understand it, everywhere in Aktau 🤷

• Of course, the view from the room :)
• The hotel has an excellent hammam and sauna (I can not rate the pool, because I did not swim in it).
•The kitchen is also excellent, the portions are large, they cook quickly.
•Breakfast has a very small selection, there is one menu every day, but this was not a problem for us personally. You can order porridge + omelette or fried eggs (with sausages and vegetables)+ pancakes and tea/coffee.
•It is possible to order food/drinks in the room (although not all rooms have a phone :)).
•There is a gym, but very little equipment.
•Availability of a washing machine.
Now to the cons :)
• The minus for the bar is the lack of a menu and prices for drinks. Only some of them have a price in the program, and the rest come up with almost a find or are looking for a similar drink and put the same price.
In general, it is extremely inconvenient :)
• A huge minus is the cleanliness of the room and the problem with the drain in the shower. At the time of check-in, the room was trampled, someone else's hair and garbage. As a result, I had to ask for cleaning twice, because the first time it was half cleaned.
The water in the shower cabin is collected ankle-deep in just a minute, which is why it is not very pleasant and convenient to wash. Although something was fixed there before our arrival, but apparently it didn't help))
• Wi-Fi catches poorly.
But, in general, the hotel itself is inexpensive and we did not expect any high level :)

My flight was delayed 6 or 7 times. I informed the administrator about this and people waited for me until nightfall and a transfer was also arranged.

Director Shaheen is a reserved and humble man.
Manager Ruslan, this man will get a star from the sky for his guest. Organizing excursions, changing money, food , water, playpens from the other side of Kazakhstan, this person will do everything for your vacation!

First of all, we were very pleased with the room, in particular its size. This is a full-fledged 2-room apartment. I will not attach photos, they are in social networks, everything corresponds to reality. Bathroom with washing machine, spacious shower, bidet, shelves, electric heated towel rail (I hope it will be done after our departure). In general, you feel comfortable, despite some scuffs and spots on the upholstery of the sofa. The air conditioners in the 2 rooms were cooled perfectly, which is necessary in the Kazakh climate. A huge terrace for those who like to dine outdoors in the evening.
The hotel is located in the Primorsky microdistrict - it is not the city center, but from this place it is very convenient to go to the beaches outside the city, for example, the Aquamarine recreation center (clean water, sandy beach, sun loungers, few people), the Tree of life water park (much better than its competitor Tetysblu). I do not recommend going to the city beach in front of the hotel - it is dirty, a lot of people and shallow - do not waste time on it and immediately go out of town on Yandex or InDrive. Taxi prices for Russians are ridiculous.
Regarding the food, unfortunately, I was not impressed with the breakfasts, but this is a subjective story. There are 6 dishes to choose from, next time I would not take breakfast, unless of course the menu or the cook changes. The portions in the restaurant are gigantic and very budget-friendly, but again I was not thrilled with the dishes, so I ordered in other restaurants (bridge, seasons)
Now the service is the most controversial part of my review. There were times when our requests were ignored several times, there was a language barrier, and it seemed that some employees were not interested in helping at all. BUT we had an amazing administrator Ruslan, who gave all the employees a magical kick and everything was solved in the end. ️ And Sergey, a very cool bartender, works at the hotel, he makes delicious cocktails and lemonades. Our maid was a real sweetheart, helped and cleaned perfectly (I read in the reviews that there were problems with cleaning, so now there are none).
That's why I give 5 stars, I see that the hotel management is ready to change for the better and their loyalty is growing. Therefore, we will return to Aktau one day and definitely stay at the Miramar Hotel

The horror OF THE HOTEL!!!!!The room was dirty, the bed linen and towels were all stained, the windows had been washed for a long time, there was a smell of sewage in the room, it was impossible to stay.There wasn't even soap in the bathroom to wash my hands. Ill-mannered staff, rude treatment of customers. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, spoil the whole vacation.
