A good hotel, room cleaning every day, sea view, spa, pool, Jacuzzi is great, there was a powerful steam in the hammam, overdid it or we got into such a moment, there is no covered parking, which is bad. in 40 degree heat, the car is standing in the sun. The breakfasts are delicious, we would have done it before 11 o'clock. The prices would not be there. Otherwise, everything is super. The staff is responsive. Separate Rakhmet Aktenge and Shahzoda!

We stayed at the hotel from 24 to 29 August. We booked a luxury apartment. The room is simply gorgeous with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony, the rooms are completely isolated, a spacious kitchen, a washing machine has everything for a comfortable stay. The staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is included in the price (omelette, pancakes, porridge, sausage, cheeses, yogurt, melon, watermelon, nuts) is very tasty. The price also includes a SPA area, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi with warm water, a sauna, and a hammam. Room cleaning is available on request at least every day. Drinking water per person is 0.5 liters per day. Thanks to the staff for the excellent service and a good rest. We will definitely come back again

A very budget hotel for a large company, we went there on 07/08/25, very comfortable rooms, everything is clean, the air conditioners are working, there is even a TV with YouTube. We took a room for 6 people, just gorgeous, there is a kitchen where there are all the cooking items and there is something to eat. Beautiful view from the window to the sea. There is a cool pool for the whole family, a gym, a hammam, a dry steam room, a spa and a hot Jacuzzi. Everything is civil, clean, beautiful and sound. We really enjoyed it, we will go there again.

Great hotel! Huge rooms, a gorgeous spa area, and a hammam are just great! 2 minutes and you're already crawling out of there))) a large enough warm pool and Jacuzzi. The breakfasts are very weak, if you come back later, you can stay hungry. But in the evening at the restaurant, the cook cooks just divinely!! Each dish is simply a masterpiece. We tried everything in a week and everything was top notch! The staff was polite and friendly, and all requests were completed very quickly. An even bigger plus in our room was the balcony overlooking the sea. The negative is the peculiar smell from the sea.

Spacious rooms, good location, most rooms have a sea view from the balcony. The balconies are spacious. There is a refrigerator and a washing machine in the room. I was very surprised when, as part of the daily survey of guests (via the app) we made a note of the request to clean the room (although it was the second day after check-in (we were with the children - the floor quickly became dirty) 3 cleaners came with a vacuum cleaner - did you order cleaning? Cleaned, wiped, washed EVERYTHING! The railings on the balcony were also wiped. The whole action took over an hour. On the downside, the towel holders are loose (we lived in 3 rooms), the door handles and locks leave much to be desired, and the laminate flooring is cracked - the cracks are noticeable. The pool area and steam room are good. The staff is friendly. The manager is super (she will explain everything, advise, any questions). Overall, a good hotel!

One of the advantages is the price of rooms, location on the shore of the Caspian Sea, room cleaning. It turned out to have a good breakfast only on the first day of the stay out of five, the rest of the time there were catastrophically not enough dishes - cups, bowls and plates, there was not enough food itself, you had to stand and wait for at least something to be taken out. We booked an apartment room (with a kitchen) through booking and a standard room for the last day, because it was not possible to extend the apartment. What was our surprise when we were checked into a standard room for all days, saying "all apartments are occupied". We arrived at one o'clock in the morning, so it was useless to argue, they couldn't offer us any other options anyway. Spa area: 1 swimming pool, 1 Jacuzzi, hammam, and something like a Finnish sauna. There is a warning in the spa that you can only wear swimsuits, although there was a woman with a completely naked child of four or five years old. When they joined us in the Jacuzzi, we immediately left the spa area. It was extremely unpleasant. The supervisor did not make any remark to these guests. There is a paid massage and peeling/scrubbing service - I really regretted that we spent money on it. Firstly, it was not pleasant, and secondly, the massage, which was supposed to last 1 hour, for some reason lasted 40 minutes. She asked me not to touch certain areas, and the masseur completely forgot about it several times. My husband came in after the massage, covered in some spots, which then turned into bruises. The restaurant in the hotel is expensive compared to the restaurants in Aktau, while the food is completely ordinary, it does not give any pleasure. You can just eat. The waiters don't bother much to take the dirty dishes off the table, they took away a glass of wine to repeat, brought back the same glass with lip prints - somehow it's not pretty. With local taxi prices (very inexpensive), I advise you to go to cafes and restaurants in the city itself. The price and quality are much better there. The sea itself at the end of June (I don't know how at other times) smelled sooo strong, sometimes it was impossible to take a breath. These are questions, of course, not for the hotel, but just for information to tourists. Very, very small. If you need a room just to spend the night, this hotel is suitable - the standard room is quite comfortable. But as for any additional services, the level does not match. The reception and accommodation service is working well, you could always contact them for help. The only big drawback is that instead of the booked apartments, they settled into the standard.

The climate was great, but unfortunately the sea itself smells of hydrogen sulfide very strongly, although it is warm, so we drove (30 minutes) to another part of the super clean sea, there are hotels there, but a little more expensive as an option. Great. Very tasty food for lunch and dinner. Standard buffet breakfasts. Polite, friendly staff. The room rate includes a spa and a swimming pool. I can't hear the neighbors. The rooms have balconies, sea or garden views. The beach is 50 meters away, the sea is warm and gentle, albeit shallow. There is a playground and parking in the courtyard of the hotel. We will definitely come back.

I liked the hotel. The service is good: bottles of water were brought every day, the quality of room cleaning is good. The rooms are comfortable. The only thing was, when we arrived and lay down on the bed, it was like there was a hole under us, they lifted the mattress, and there all the slats were almost on the floor. It's good that my husband's arms are growing out of his shoulders and he fixed everything. The staff is friendly, they will answer questions and help. The breakfasts are delicious, although there is no variety. There is a small restaurant, I really liked the lentil soup and homemade lemonades.

Convenient location, there is a beach right across the street. But please, dear hotel management, pay attention to the competence of your employees (for this I take off the star). The reception did not immediately and confusingly answer whether we could extend our stay at the hotel. At breakfast, we were told that the breakfast included in the price was bread and butter and a couple of cookies (which caused confusion), and then it turned out that there was no need to pay for porridge and scrambled eggs with sausage. I wish the hotel prosperity, service sector training and development. In the meantime, the score is 4.

We really liked the hotel. We took two rooms to make it more comfortable. The rooms are large. We were at the end of April, the weather was still unstable, slightly cool. But, every evening I went for a walk to the sea. The sunsets are gorgeous. There is a cafe on the 1st floor, where breakfast is served and during the day you can simply order and eat from the menu. On the day of arrival, it was probably not cleaned or the bedclothes were hastily replaced, as there was a lot of sand and, again, hair on the floor. The restaurant at the hotel is not tasty and expensive. The beach opposite is very dirty, it smells terribly of rotten algae, sun beds are half-broken for a fee, Kazakhs bury garbage in the sand. We ate in the city in resorts, went to the paid beach just to the left of the hotel.

But there are a couple of tips: the horizontal surfaces are streaked with glasses - you just need to wipe them properly, the door fittings need to be checked - the handle was falling off in our room, the ventilation ducts in the bathrooms are all dusty - you need to clean, work on all rooms for half an hour. These are unimportant little things, but nothing is more important than the little things.

Right in front of the hotel is Soldier's Beach (in fact, a wild beach where you can buy a place under an umbrella with sun beds). If you are not too lazy to walk for 10 minutes, then there will be a Dostar beach with a paid entrance, normal sand and some kind of service. You can easily and inexpensively get to the city by Yandex taxi. The buffet breakfast is quite ordinary. The director of the hotel is very friendly. Now it's a minus, for which I lowered my rating. I booked a hotel through a Booking service. There was no prepayment in the booking conditions. On the day of check-in, a message suddenly arrives from the Booking that payment has not been received and the reservation is now canceled (what?!). I call them at the number that was indicated in the message, informing them that I am already on the plane and will arrive soon. They agree that everything is OK and they are waiting for me. But somehow it is somewhat exciting to receive a message at the moment of boarding the plane that they want to cancel the reservation. What if I had already flown and hadn't received the message? What prevented me from writing the day before and asking if I would come?

I thought for a long time to put 3 or 4 stars. Impressions are contradictory to be honest. The room is normal. Plumbing works, there is even a washing machine, a table, a wardrobe, a bed. Jacuzzi with hot water, swimming pool with warm water, shower, hammam, very hot sauna. Disadvantages. A ragged ceiling, a fallen-off strip of illumination in the hammam, huge puddles in the men's locker room. Restaurant. Salads - 2, do not know how to cook them from the word at all. The first courses were not taken. Hotter between 3 and 4. The cuts are expensive. Lemonade one day for 5+, another day for 2-. The staff can be seen to change too often. In the morning, the buffet is a little meager, but you will not stay hungry. Result. For its price (4500 rubles a day for two) is very good. But there remains a residue that there is not enough banal attention to the little things, to the details. Perhaps over time everything will be able to be fixed. Therefore, after all, 4 stars. Good luck and prosperity! Work on the service.
