A beautiful place, with pleasant prices, lower than other such establishments, and delicious food. In the evening, it may be cool outdoors, you need to be prepared for this, although there are gas racks for heating. In the evening, all tables are occupied, but the service speed is acceptable, although there are nuances. The waiters are trying, but it would not hurt to teach them a little, and the organization of service is lame. I mean, the waiters don't seem to know what orders the guests are making. For example, they wanted to take away the dish I ordered, supposedly they are waiting for it at another table, but I will have to wait a little longer!!! It's some kind of game, besides I've already started eating it)))). Then I saw them explaining to the disgruntled guests that they had taken their order to the wrong place and repeatedly pointed their finger at me. It was unpleasant for me, they messed up, you decide for yourself.
I especially did not like the fact that the waiters arrange loud showdowns among themselves right in the hall, in which managers can also participate. Guests should not see this.
But in general, I recommend, I will definitely come back to observe how the professional level of waiters is growing.

I was in this place for the first time last night. Of the advantages, I will note the cuisine: delicious, meaningful, beautifully served on a plate. But that's probably all the advantages.
Of the cons:
- inability to pay with a Humo bank card
- the lack of an opportunity to dance, although the format of this institution "on the street" is very conducive to that;
- lack of gas burners in sufficient quantity to keep warm;
- for some reason, the waiters do not introduce themselves, although these are the basics of customer service;
- the maintenance process itself also raises questions, for example, the method of replacing the ashtray. Why no one teaches waiters exactly how to do this correctly, I do not understand ...
Well, and remarks on the appearance of waiters: I would prefer a more strict look at the waiter, a dark bottom and a white top, well, or something more modern, but not what the waiters wear as a uniform ...
Finally, pay more attention to the appearance of waiters and bartenders: someone has a haircut, and someone does not, the guys are very diverse and motley, we need a more unified approach, or something, from my point of view...
In general, the impression is: a swing for a ruble, a blow for 10 kopecks, there is clearly not enough dance floor, at least a small one, for 30-50 people, and some kind of show program in the form of live music (saxophone, jazz band or blues musicians) against the background
In summer, it's obviously very good here, because it's warm, but now, in autumn, well, it's not that, it's not comfortable...
