The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Taksim Street. 25 minutes walk to Galata Tower . Located by the road, the windows of the room where I stayed faced the highway and the gas station, so all the sounds of the road were very audible. There are not many local neighborhoods and tourists around. There is a supermarket nearby. There is no cafe nearby. The hotel building is in average condition, the rooms are somewhat "tired". Towels and bathrobes have not been changed in two days , and the room has not been cleaned .( actually, the hotel claims to be 4 stars ) . The breakfasts are very modest, but you won 't stay hungry . Several dishes of eggs, cucumbers and tomatoes from vegetables. There are no buns , pancakes , baklava . There are no fruits at all , juices from concentrate , a couple of types of cheese . Flake. Tea bags and coffee brewed in a teapot . Spa: the pool is about 10 m long and 3 meters wide. You need a hat to swim. Baths : a hammam of 30 degrees without steam. The sauna is about 80 degrees. The shower is working. The staff is friendly. I would not have returned to this hotel again. I recommend it only if the price is very interesting.

Great hotel! High level of service, there is a gym, a swimming pool, a hammam and a restaurant. Delicious breakfasts and excellent lunch menu. There is also a bar next to the reception. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with large windows and a comfortable, cozy location in front of them. The hotel is conveniently located, within walking distance of the metro and trams, as well as Taksim Square. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is not bad, but it is located almost on the road, very close to it. The Taksim area is nearby, but I don't recommend walking there -not everyone can climb the steep hill. The situation is saved by a free shuttle that takes guests upstairs. There is an aesthetic medicine clinic next to the hotel (hair transplant, etc.), perhaps a good half of the guests of this hotel are men who want to regain their former hair, and a number of women who fix their noses...When they return to the hotel after the procedures, with bandaged heads, looking elusively like zombies, they feel uneasy. It's not a pleasant sight, especially if you want to have a quiet breakfast. By the way, breakfasts leave much to be desired-not a rich choice. The rooms are quite comfortable. I wouldn't come back here, but objectively speaking, it's not a bad place. Consider the specifics of the guests.

The impression of the hotel is completely and irrevocably ruined. They wanted to come back here, but no. We checked in on 16.08 and everything was ok. We were checked in and we certainly didn't check the mini bar. The only thing I saw was that there were socks on top of the refrigerator. 08/19 in the morning at 10 a.m. we checked in the room, handed over all the cards and were told everything was OK. We left our luggage with them and went for a walk. We went back and sat down to wait for our driver at the airport. As soon as we were told that our driver had arrived, it started... the manager comes up and says that there were two pairs of socks in the room, and now one, pay. We're in shock. We didn't use the mini bar, we rented the room, it took 7 hours... and they start telling us that we stole something. We came for an operation, paid a lot of money, and got this kind of hotel treatment. Friends, if you choose this hotel, take a photo of the mini bar, and be prepared for this attitude.

I think it should have been updated a couple of years ago. Everything was a little old in my room. There are only Turkish programs in elewizor, in my opinion this is strange. The cost of a 2-bed room for 11.2024 is 140€ per day with breakfast.

Nice hotel! A Russian-speaking woman at the reception! Everyone is kind-hearted! The pool, the breakfasts are very tasty!!! There is a shuttle service to certain areas-it is very convenient, we drove to Taksim, and there we walked to the square on foot.

The coolest advantage is that they provide a free shuttle service to the nearest areas: Osmanbey, bagelow. They are just a stone's throw from Shishli. And the coolest thing is that they take you from there after walking. To do this, just download the Naz City app. It is very convenient, and really saves a lot of time and money. And nerves. Since taxi drivers in Istanbul often cheat and simply refuse to drive by the meter, they charge 5 times more expensive. The breakfasts are good, tasty and varied. As a very good interval for breakfast from 7:00 to 11:00. You manage to wake up and eat. The rooms have everything except a bathrobe. You can enter the spa area for free. There is a small sauna and a hammam. I gave myself a massage for 65 euros (60 minutes). The quality of the massage is just excellent. The only disadvantage is that they do not give disposable panties for massage. But this is not a significant disadvantage. In general, I recommend it

Beware of this hotel!I had two rooms booked through the world-famous hotel booking system, where I am a regular customer. The booking conditions were - payment on the spot. A few days before check-in, I received a notification from the booking service that my card with which I confirmed the reservation was invalid due to the expiration date (which was a lie) since I had paid and booked hotels with this card more than once before. I contacted the hotel and offered to deposit the required amount into the account (if they want to take a deposit, although the booking condition was payment on the spot). I was notified that nothing was needed and we were expected with a payment condition on the spot. On the day of arrival, they sent a notification that the card was invalid ( which is a lie) and canceled the reservation. I immediately called them, to which they replied that the rooms were no longer available and they canceled the reservation. I guess they sold our rooms for more and they just kicked us out! At the same time, on the eve I wrote to them that elderly people would come and asked for care , they responded positively. The result ! My parents stayed on the street! Booking did not want to solve this problem ( they tried to justify themselves and offered to go directly to the hotel even though they knew that there were no rooms there ) although it is obvious from correspondence with the hotel that they are wrong! Boorish and not disdainful attitude towards people ! I really hope that their mothers won't cry because someone cheated on them!
