Good afternoon. Unfortunately, the experience of contacting this service has left very unpleasant impressions. I dealt with the breakdown of the all-wheel drive on the Explorer 6 generation. The master insisted that it was necessary to change the transfer case. Moreover, this was done to me on this service 2 times. After the first replacement, I insisted on a normal diagnosis, to which they told me that it was unnecessary, they had encountered this and knew for sure that it was necessary to replace this particular part. As a result: time spent and not a small amount of money. The reason was found out later at a service in another city, the really necessary spare part was replaced, which was recalled by a company in the USA, my native distributor was installed - everything is in order. We kindly ask the service management to pay attention to the knowledge of the masters in this field, so that mistakes are not repeated with other requests for the same breakdowns.
