This is one of the most beautiful and truly luxurious hotels in Istanbul. We came to celebrate the anniversary and received the highest level of service and care at this hotel. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful. We enjoyed the wonderful and delicious breakfasts, the SPA, the beauty salon and of course the Sakhalin restaurant. Butler was in constant contact with us and immediately responded to all requests. We are simply delighted with this hotel and will come back here again. A separate convenience is the proximity to a huge Shopping Mall

We visited in October 2025, and checked in on my birthday. The hotel decorated the room with balloons, congratulated them with a cake, and presented them with gifts, for which thank you very much!The hotel is wonderful, the service is excellent, the breakfasts are delicious, the rooms are great, the bed is simply gorgeous! There is a very cool Sakhalin restaurant on the 1st floor, it's just gastronomic food! I will definitely return there, I was very impressed!!!

A luxury 5-star hotel! We chose this hotel not only for connecting and shopping in Istanbul, but also to enjoy your vacation. Firstly, it is only 40 minutes from IST airport, and secondly, the entrance to the Zorlu Center is right through the hotel lobby. Zorlu is a brand-name store and a mass market, with almost no one at the time of closing and after opening. The restaurants are excellent and the Sakhalin restaurant is, of course, good. The service and the darkness in the hotel are just fire! And the view from the room window! Even though it was cold! Great Pool and fitness!
