I stayed at the hotel in August 2025. I liked the guest house. Everything is clean and tidy. The hotel is located off the main road, in a quiet location. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Near the market, shops, cafes. The hotel staff is very hospitable and friendly. The receptionist named Jenny is very attentive to the guests, trying to solve any issue. The food in the guest house is very tasty. In the evening, you can order a barbecue, which will be very tasty and fresh. The room was cleaned every day. Towels were changed every other day. The bed linen was changed once in 10 days. All towels and linen are snow-white, relatively new. The only drawback is that if it's too late to return, then you'll have to walk 200 meters in the dark, because there's almost no lighting on the road. I recommend the guest house.

You fall in love with this place right away, the beauty is insane. Especially when you are welcomed as a loved one, as if you are at home. We flew with the younger children for the first time, there are minor problems with the border, everything is long and tedious, but it's nothing compared to the hospitality of this home hotel. Jenny, she greeted us with a radiant smile, and it was like this for 10 days. She is very attentive, interested in children, suggests what and how best to do, where to go on an excursion. The cuisine is excellent, there are always different dishes and lots of them. Tomorrow, lunch is included in the package. The rooms are clean, the bed linen is pure white, bath towels, hand and foot towels.. Disposable shampoos and soaps never run out, just like toilet paper. The room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, electric kettle, table lamp, in general, everything you need for a good rest. Thank you so much for being here. All the best and prosperity. We visited Abkhazia for the first time in our lives. We chose a place to stay for a very long time, searched through a lot of information about hotels and guest houses and settled on the guest house "Reproy". I must say right away that they did not regret the choice at all, although they expected the worst. We had a rest from 6.09 to 16.09. 2025 with a small child (3 years old) and two grandmothers. About the guest house: we had 2 rooms: 1 room on the 4th floor and 1 on the third (for our grandmothers), rooms with balconies, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning and a hairdryer. The rooms are bright and quite spacious and cozy. Everything is clean, the bed is snow-white and soft towels. The room was cleaned every day, the trash was taken out, soap and shampoo were reported. The bed was changed 1 time, and additionally changed 1 time at the request of the child (it just got bad at night). I think that's enough. The towels were changed three times (every three days). The halls on the floors are also clean and spacious, there is a coffee table and a sofa, air conditioners are working - you can sit and admire the panoramic windows of the mountains. The dining room is in perfect order, they are fed twice a day (breakfast and lunch), they are very tasty and varied enough, they were always full. Special thanks to Natalia, the hostess of the kitchen, for this (unfortunately, I don't know the patronymic, I didn't ask). Thank you for agreeing to cook some dishes separately for my mother, as she is allergic to sunflower oil (cooked with corn or butter). The guest house is also very cozy: there are benches, flowers and small trees around, as well as tables and chairs under the canopy. In the evening, you can sit and order a barbecue and/or fish on the grill, and that's what we did. The barbecue is delicious, order safely!!!! We never tasted the fish, we didn't have time... but I think it's delicious too. Thank you for taking the child and me to the hospital and bringing us back, we didn't have to call a taxi and look for doctors for a long time. Stepan remembers his "uncle"! Unfortunately, I do not know your name, but I am grateful to you (I hope they will tell you) It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea with a child, not far, the way is convenient (we even found two, the second one is a little shorter). Nearby there is a market, canteens, shops, pharmacies. There is a playroom on the second floor of Europa City, they say, we liked it, we took the child there a couple of times. The location of the hotel is good, we were worried at first that it would be a long walk to the sea, but upon arrival we realized that this was not the case. There was a slight disadvantage - these are mosquitoes, but this is definitely not for the hotel, they were everywhere. There are no mosquitoes in Altai in September, so it was a bit surprising. On the third day, we bought mosquito repellent plates, which helped us spend our evenings more comfortably and sleep at night. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff: they are just wonderful and sincere people! We are always ready to help and suggest something if you don't know yourself! Janie is an administrator, always friendly and also ready to help. You can definitely come here with children - great attitude towards children no matter what!!!!!! I definitely recommend the guest house, you can come back here again and again!!! I would like to wish you prosperity, good health and more grateful guests!!!

We had a rest in Abkhazia for the second time and our opinion has changed dramatically for the better, including thanks to the Reproia hotel. The hotel is clean, friendly atmosphere, the food was very tasty at home. And the view from the room is just a fairy tale, the mountains are magical (we lived on the 4th floor). The room has everything you need. The only thing is that there are no shelves in the closet to put things out, but only a few hangers, so all the things were lying on the chair. But it's not scary 😉 The stairs are steep, neat! Tourists with small children and a stroller will be uncomfortable. The place is quiet, but also not far from the entire infrastructure. Everything you need is nearby:shops, cafes, canteens, pharmacy, market, the sea is nearby (my little daughter and I reached it in 10 minutes). We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for your hospitality! 😉🌞

Everything was great: the location of the guest house, the view of the mountains, the hospitality of the host, the possibility of arranging excursions, breakfast and lunch are prepared at home. The room, which was on the 3rd floor, had air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, which I didn't really use, because I rested so much that I fell off my feet - excursions, swimming in the sea, walking before going to bed... Fridge. It is the refrigerator that only cools. There were times when it "arbitrarily" shut down and condensation flowed. It was also turned on independently. Snow-white towels (3 pcs. included) were changed once every two or three days. Bed linen - once every 5-6 days. Any round-the-clock water supply. Soap and soap accessories and wrapping paper were replenished daily. In addition to two beds, there is an armchair. Bedside tables with lamps, a table and two chairs, which can be considered as heavy noble furniture. The floor is always clean. Quietly. Maybe I was in a "quiet" time (late July-early August), but there were no rushing and screaming children. In the halls there are sofas, coffee tables, but without magazines, ironing boards, irons. I can't say anything about washing machines: I didn't need them, so... Evening cafe-kebab shop. A barbecue can also be ordered in the room. Special thanks to the barbecue man. In a word, if I decide to go to Gagra again, only to Reprise!

We rested here for the first time, we really wanted to fall in love with Abkhazia, starting with this guest house. In principle, I liked almost everything - the room is large enough, two bunk beds, if necessary, combine into one, air conditioning, TV, although it does not always catch, but mostly works, there are local, Russian, and cable channels, a working bathroom,hot water is always replenished every day with shampoo and toilet paper, towels and bed linen are changed according to schedule, cleaning is carried out, although under the beds and dust on the surfaces, in my opinion, have never been wiped. There is a bedside table, a table, a kettle, a couple of cups and plates. Balcony with metal dryers, table and chairs, the entire length of the room. There is a closet at the entrance with hangers, in general there is enough furniture. The main disadvantage is that our room was on the second floor and for ten days we looked at the gray wall of the neighboring building with a buzzing air conditioner. They did not respond to my requests - at least for a few days to transfer us to another room, higher up, in order to enjoy the view of the mountains, and not the concrete wall, it really spoiled the impression... In the dining room, the food is on the level, there is a choice of two hot dishes- porridges, soups, the second, I liked the taste. But if you are used to putting a mountain of food on a plate - a dozen cutlets, cheesecakes, etc., then you are not here, here they are watching the food and will make a remark for an extra portion. They did not go hungry, but they were afraid to put an extra piece, because there were precedents. It is not far from the sea and the market, there is a Pyaterochka, various cafes,minibuses to neighboring settlements, excursions are offered at every step. The beach is pebbly, but the pebbles are small, you can walk, sun beds are paid, the sea is clean. You can relax!

We had a rest in early September 2024. What didn't you like: 1. A lot of mosquitoes, bitten the child on the first night, could have warned or given something away from mosquitoes. I had to buy it myself + run to the pharmacy for a bite ointment. 2. Nutrition. The food is delicious and monotonous, but if you did not have time to come to the opening, then finish the leftovers from the salads. Buffet-style meals, but this is not the case, everything is portioned. And if someone ate more, others who come later may not get something. Natalia, thank you so much for watching everything, thank you for your kindness. 4. Leaving the hotel and on the way to the beach there is a pile of garbage, stray dogs and destroyed buildings. Of the advantages, the sea is clean and there are few people compared to Sochi. From the good I can add that the water was constantly on, although the lights were often turned off, then the generator was turned on, as I understand it, this is a frequent occurrence with them. I can't say that this is the worst guest house, but only because of the good and delicious food I will put 4.

A huge thank you would like to thank the administrator Natele. I met him like a family. I took excursions from her. A good, kind, caring person. She makes very delicious coffee, I recommend it to everyone. In general, I was pleased with both the guest house and the people who work in it. It's just a magical place! The rooms are simple, without frills, but everything is there! If you need something extra, they will always help and find it. Our balcony in the room was overlooking the mountains and the wonderful scent of jasmine and tangerine trees, divine..The location is excellent, close to the sea, market and shops. It's not far to walk to the embankment. But the most important thing in this guest house is the staff! I have never met such hospitality anywhere else, spending evenings in their campaign on the terrace was a pleasure and I did not want to leave them at all!!! This guest house was our salvation in the night search for a place to spend the night. Moreover, it was so good that we (five adults and two children) decided to stay in Gagra for three days, with the plan just to "spend the night". The rooms are comfortable and clean. Special thanks for the delicious trout on the grill👍 for all the further travel to various beautiful places, I couldn't taste trout better (although I tried many times😉) The only fly in the ointment was that the water in the shower could get hotter sharply - we had to adjust. And the toilet bowl barrels required repair - the button was not always pressed, or it did not rise back up. But in general, we are very satisfied with the view from the window to the mountains, and the location - near the sea and the fruit market👌

Everything is very dignified and beautiful. We agreed. And they brought us to an old boarding house, which is located in the Gagra district, 11 km from Gagra. And the building is old, damp and musty. The lights are often turned off at night. The administrator Julia is rude, does not answer questions. There's nowhere to go, it's a long way to the city. Of all the things I liked, this is the sea. Be careful when choosing a hotel. They offer one thing, but they send it to another place.

Regarding the balconies: excellent views only on the top floor, if the room is slightly lower, you will admire the wall of the neighboring building. Our windows overlooked the nearby Europa Hotel. But there was a cafe at the hotel under the balcony. Shish kebab, wings, trout...It's just that you can swallow your tongue. Very tasty. But in terms of relaxing on the balcony that overlooked this cafe, this is a disaster.... Sometimes tourists do not recognize the time and scream until late at night, the administrator did not react to this in any way. They should have certain orders. The hotel has a buffet: for Abkhazia, it is in this hotel that the food is very tasty. I was in several hotels in Abkhazia, where they liked to put national spices. It is also cozy and homely here. It takes 5-7 minutes on foot to the market, 10 minutes by walking to the sea. The receptionist Natella is very attentive to every tourist, so you will feel like a family member in this hotel!

We had a rest in this guest house in October 2021. A good place, the house territory is very tiny, the rooms are cleaned every day, but I would like them to be cleaned more carefully! (do not wash the floors around the beds and chairs and dust) The dining room is good, 3 in 1 coffee and tea are served for breakfast, the choice is small, for 10 days we were sick of 3 in 1 coffee. Our child does not drink tea, so I drank ordinary water for breakfast. I would like to see milk and juice for children at breakfast. And so the menu is quite diverse, every day there are different soups for lunch and 2 types of the second. Minus there is no laundry! There are a lot of dirty clothes on vacation with children, washing some jeans with your hands is a so-so activity. The sea is close, literally 5-7 minutes on foot. But the beach is dirty. Sun beds are paid 150 rubles. In general, we really liked Abkhazia! A very hospitable republic with kind people and incredible nature!
