Probably a good company for selling parts in the Russian Federation in a store with a 300% markup and if the delivery time is absolutely not important. If you plan to order parts from this company that they do not have in stock and need to wait, be prepared for the loss of time, money and reputation. Not one! Not a single order was received within the specified time frame. There were some that were shipped to us in the Russian Federation in 1 year (!), although the shipment dates are 30 days. The funds are not returned referring to the warehouse- take something for the amount of the debt. why? Why do I need something that is also available in the Russian Federation and at the same price or lower. By the way, unused funds from other suppliers from the UAE will be returned to the card within 3-5 days. We moved to another site and are very glad that we did not send all our orders to APEC. We haven't received the money yet. Details too. We return funds to customers from our own. Recently, they frankly stated that they do not really want to carry in the Russian Federation. Honest - I put one star for it. And the delivery in this company did not deliver the cargo on time at any time, delays of at least 30 days. We decided to send by sea the remnants that were still prepared for shipment to us... we have been waiting for the cargo for 4 months. Received at a cost higher than air))) APEC and their logistics are just not for business. If you need spare parts from the UAE, find another supplier.
