We ordered a bed in Grodno three years ago. Half a year later, a creak appeared, they found out that the shock absorbers were creaking.A bed with a lifting mechanism. Under warranty, we were exchanged for shock absorbers, which failed again half a year later. We bought new ones on our own, of normal quality, now there are no questions with this. The bed itself, after two years of operation, creaks and crunches. The side bearing boards crunch with every touch, it feels like they were made of raw boards or not dried enough, now it's all dried up and we have what we have. Springs have already popped out on the mattress in some places, digging into the back. In general, the bed is not made of high quality. We sleep as if on a Soviet creaking sofa. It was cheaper to buy furniture in AMI at times and have the same creaky bed. I'll give you two stars for having something to sleep on, otherwise it would be one.

The most terrible experience. We ordered a bed. First, we came to get a bed from Minsk to Dzerzhinsk, and we waited an hour for the bed. We were told there were no employees to issue the documents. Then, as it turned out, they didn't have enough parts for the bed, they made the parts with us and gave them away. In fact, we arrived home, opened the box, the wooden sticks should be inserted into the plastic guides, but they are not cut exactly and longer than necessary, as if they were not even from this bed. We call the service, they tell us, "The staff are fools, handlers, come and do it again." That is, we ourselves need to come back with a bed from Minsk to Dzerzhinsk to correct their mistakes. The staff is terrible, and the attitude of the employees towards the product and their customers is terrible.
