The best building on the Marina for vacation rentals. Absolutely everything is nearby. 5 minutes to the beach, 2 minutes to Dubai Boardwalk, 8 minutes to DMCC metro station, 100 meters to bus stop and JBR right in 2 minutes. The best supermarkets in Dubai are nearby - Spineys, Carefree, Grandiose... The building itself has a 24-hour swimming pool with heated water in winter and cooled in summer, breathtaking views of Dubai Marina, gym, barbecue area, steam room, table tennis... Lavash restaurant is 50 meters away!!! In general, the buzz!

I lived for a month in December. Everything is fine. The apartment is comfortable. The only thing that upset me was that the pool was under repair for a while.
